Museum of Antique Weapons and Medieval Fortress
Located in the nearby town of Acquaviva Picena, just about 7 km from Spinetoli, this museum is housed in a medieval fortress. The collection includes about 195 collector's items, including various types of edged weapons from the 16th and 17th centuries as well as military equipment from European armies. A particular highlight is the well-preserved fortress itself, which offers an impressive view of the surroundings and insight into the military architecture of the time.
Museum of the Crypt
In the neighboring town of Monsampolo del Tronto, about 12 km from Spinetoli, is the Museum of the Crypt. It is housed in the underground crypt of the 16th-century church of Maria SS. Assunta and displays mummies found in the area, as well as the clothing and artifacts associated with them. This exhibition provides a fascinating insight into burial practices and life in past times.
Although Spinetoli itself does not host large museums, the surrounding towns offer interesting cultural and historical attractions that are worth a visit.
