Over the centuries, the castle changed owners several times and underwent multiple renovations. In the 19th century, the Da Gaiola family extensively transformed the castle in the neo-Gothic style, giving it its current look.
The architecture of the castle features a mix of medieval and neo-Gothic elements. It includes various towers, both round and square, as well as an imposing wall surrounding the property. The interior houses lavish rooms, including a grand hall and an impressive staircase.
Current Use:
Today, the Castello di Molare is a private estate and not open to the public. However, it remains a significant historical landmark in the region and a testament to the rich history and architecture of Piedmont.
