Buongiorno,chiamo alle 11:30 circa per prenotare 2 stanze ed al telefono mi risponde un'addetta con tono scocciato,che mi richiamava dopo dieci minuti appena finiva un check-in....alle 14:30 quindi dopo 3 ore,nessuna richiamata....decido di richiamare,mi risponde la stessa persona ,dico chi sono.....e mi risponde sempre in modalità presuntuosa e scocciata che camere per il giorno da me chiesto non ci sono.....ma l'educazione ed il rispetto,dove son finiti?Peccato che certe strutture perdano serietà a causa di personale molto superficiale e poco professionale....

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the location of the hotel was outstanding. Staff were so kind and helpful. An unforgettable stay in Lecce!

Soy amante de los hoteles. Me encanta fijarme en cada detalle, de diseño, de hospitalidad, de comida… me fijo hasta en las sábanas y el olor de cada rincón de los hoteles. Este hotel superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos. La atención desde antes de la llegada y hasta el último minuto fue de primera. El arte que tienen me dejó con la boca abierta. La historia. El desayuno. Las otras instalaciones también están espectaculares. Sin duda, de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Gracias a todos

Such a beautiful oasis of a hotel in the historic area of Lecce. The staff are wonderful and their service is so personalised. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight and the location is superb with bars and restaurants right outside in the beautiful laneway

Our stay @PalazzoBozziCorso was just unforgettable and amazing! This hidden gem is a romantic 18th century palace with a private garden and also a pool on the rooftop - placed in the center of Lecce. It is ideal for spending a stay in total comfort and serenity in Salento. And you can reach all must sees in Lecce by foot. Our aristocratic-inspired suite named after Lady Astor is stunning & cozy at the same time and has a lot of character where history is combined with art and design. We are grateful that we had an unique art tour with the owner Antonia while we learned so much about the interesting family history of hers and the palace itself. In some moments we felt just blown away by this historical atmosphere. Especially we have to mention the kindness & family spirit of the team. We were warm welcomed and everybody was so courteous & helpful in each situation and it felt like that everyone is part of the big La Fiermontina Family. Again many thanks and greetings to Marta & Maria who take care of us and our wishes from the beginning. We really recommend this "secret escape" by heart and we definitely come back again in future because Lecce - considered as the capital of Baroque architecture - captivated us.

Beautiful art filled all suite hotel. Original art in many rooms. Service was warm and attentive. We had informative excursions with Valerio. The breakfast buffet is the best in Italy if not the world! Do not miss the roof top bar and grill

The building is exquisite, Staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding located in a beautiful garden setting. We were on a family vacation that included my grandchildren 4 and an eight month old. The rooms were set upon by the time we arrived, The highchair was at our table for breakfast. The roof deck pool and evening cocktails were not to be beat.

A stunning palace converted to a boutique hotel in the heart of old Lecce. The rooms are OVER THE TOP! Our room was massive with two showers! Tons of closet space. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. Staying here was a treat!

Absolutely superb. A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. A lovely ground floor suite. Wonderful helpful staff. And a meal at the sister hotel's Zephyr restaurant that was just glorious.

Wow! A little hard to find by self drive car, but they sent a lovely chap to us who hopped in the car and guided us the last few streets through the one way system - thank you Mhar (Marcelino)! You were great through our whole stay….. Every single staff member made us feel ‘special’ and the Lady Astor suite was beautiful. Not a classic, modern 5* hotel but instead, a lovely characterful older Palazzo that is hard to find fault with. Full of artwork and history….. We look forward to returning….. thank you again everyone.

A luxury retreat in the center of Lecce. Large, well appointed accommodations and excellent amenities. Staff is friendly and very anxious to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is served in a private courtyard with an amazing selection prepared by their fabulous chef. Not one thing could be improved.

Absolutely incredible stay here at this fantastic and beautiful hotel right in the centre of town. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with such warmth and genuine willingness to assist in any way possible. The hotel is stunning and before being taken to our room we had a tour of the property including a visit on the gorgeous terrace featuring its rooftop pool overlooking the entire town. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious and carefully planned food and treats all handmade from their chef. All staff members were so lovely and always greeted us warmly as we left and entered the hotel after a night out. They were always happy to offer recommendations of places to go and eat which was hugely appreciated! Our time in Lecce was made so memorable by the staff and hotel experience here. Can’t wait to come back

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced more attentive service from staff. Truly exceptional. We celebrated a birthday dinner at La Fiormentina, a sister property, and the food and service was also exceptionally good.
