I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Italy, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fortunato, who was very helpful and kind. He gave us great advice and made us feel very comfortable right away. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and everything is very comfortable. Our room had a lovely view, and we really enjoyed waking up every morning in such a nice place. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was incredible. Danilo, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. His service was excellent and made our dinner even more special. We also spent time at the hotel’s bar, where we enjoyed some entertainment by Carmelo. He made sure everyone was having a good time. Fabio and Alessio, the bartenders, made fantastic drinks and were very friendly. They really know how to make guests feel welcome. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ariana, the housekeeper, who was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure our room was always spotless and that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Additionally, Silvia, the receptionist, was a wonderful help. She speaks Portuguese, which made communication so much easier for my mum. Silvia was very attentive and even helped us resolve a car issue in less than an hour. Both ladies were lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable with their warm personalities and excellent service. Overall, this hotel has great hospitality, wonderful service, and a beautiful atmosphere. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it !

Estuve alojada en este hotel desde el lunes 9 al sábado 14/9 (5 noches), en una de las habitaciones más caras que incluye piscina privada. Destaco esto, porque al momento de hacer el check out a las 11.00 consulté la posibilidad de acceder a un espacio para poder tomar un baño y cambiarme más tarde, ya que el vuelo salía 19.25 desde Bari. A lo que me respondieron que estaba la opción de pagar 300 euros para tener una habitación privada, ya que el establecimiento (de muy alto nivel vale aclarar) no cuenta con un espacio preparado para que los huéspedes puedan dejar las maletas y disfrutar de las instalaciones hasta tanto uno decida retirarse. La otra opción que me dieron, y me pareció una falta de respeto, fue dejar las maletas en un depósito y utilizar las duchas que están al aire libre al lado de la piscina grande. Cabe destacar que ése día la temperatura ambiente era de 21 grados, lo cual hacía que este ofrecimiento fuera de lo más ridículo.

Sono stato in questa Masseria per una cena. Quella sera la cena si svolgeva a bordo piscina. Location meravigliosa e tipica di una masseria pugliese. Molto curata e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Quella sera avevo con me la cucciola di Golden Retriver ed è stata accolta con entusiasmo e gentilezza. Non è semplice torvare location che accolgono così gli animali. La cena è stata spettacolare! La qualità era evidente dal servizio ali prodotti. Menú con buona scelta. Il prezzo è più alto della media, ma chi va in una struttura di questo livello deve aspettarselo. Esperienza meravigliosa! Da riprovare assolutamente!

We have just returned from a fabulous 7 night stay at Masseria Torre Maizza. We absolutely loved it and were made to feel so welcome - special mention to Fortunata who had excellent front of house skills and gave us really good local advice. All the other staff were excellent too - they seemed to take pride in their jobs and genuinely wanted to give us an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful and peaceful and the bedrooms are exceedingly comfortable and beautifully decorated with exquisite ceramics. We loved the Bambu Beach Club - the sunbeds on the beach were very comfortable and our lunches were delicious! We have come home feeling refreshed and thoroughly pampered. There is no doubt we will return to this hotel - there is absolutely nothing that needs improving - it is PERFECT! Thank you to the Hotel Manager for running an excellent hotel!

Esperienza indimenticabile alla Masseria più romantica della Puglia!! Atmosfera unica e intima. Personale accogliente , socievole ed estremamente professionale. Le stanze sono curate nel minimo dettaglio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato della frutta fresca, biscottini e uno Champagne di benvenuto. L'arredamento rispecchia lo stile delle masserie pugliesi con il tocco indistinguibile Roccoforte. Il lido Bambù a disposizione degli ospiti, mantiene tutti gli gli standard roccoforte, il personale é molto socievole e attento ad ogni richiesta. Questa esperienza ci rimarrà nel cuore e a far la differenza sono state soprattutto le persone... Grazie Claudia, grazie Fortunato e grazie Pietro , per averci coccolati dal primo giorno e per aver reso tutto così SPECIALE!

Both magical & majestic in equal amounts, Torre Maizza is beyond deserving of its reputation as Puglia’s finest. There is an army of talented staff working at the hotel both in front and behind the scenes, they are extremely welcoming and accommodating whilst maintaining authentic Italian hospitality at its finest. There are 2 superstars that make Torre Maizza though - firstly Pasquale the concierge who can truly make anything happen, he pre-empts your requirements and exceeds your expectations. He is a wizard and a national treasure. Second is the icon of a woman running the breakfast room. This lady whose name I’ve sadly forgotten encapsulates boundless dedication to her role in delivering the breakfast service each day. She loves her job and her guests, cares for them both deeply. It shines through and whilst there’s so much more to breakfast at this amazing property I can assure you meeting this lady and allowing her to look after you is nothing short of poetic.

Had an amazing stay at Torre Maizza! The staff goes above and beyond on every aspect of customer service. Our friend Pasquale even went as far as making some home made Aloe to heal my daughter’s sunburn. That was only one example. Just amazing!

Un gioiello, un posto meraviglioso, in cui sembra di essere in una splendida realtà parallela. Camera stupenda con piscina - un sogno; colazioni e cene superlative! Ho usufruito della spa per un massaggio- relax allo stato puro e in più, le mie gambe ne hanno giovato tantissimo a livello di drenaggio per tutta la giornata! Il personale è fantastico! Spero di tornarci in futuro!

Masseria Torre Maizza è un piccolo gioiello nella quiete della campagna ed in prossimità del mare. All'arrivo si è subito abbagliati dal colore vivido della calce e dai profumi della vegetazione. Dispone di una piscina ampia dove si può gustare un ottimo cocktail ed assaporare bontà quali la pizza nel forno a legna. Un ringraziamento a tutto il team, dal front al pool bar ed al ristorante, che è davvero disponibile e gentile (in particolare, Sante della piscina) ed attento alle esigenze dei più piccoli.

The property was well kept and elegant but it was the hospitality which made it stand out. We started our trip at the Rome property, which was also quite exceptional. In our conversation we mentioned to the front office staff about our plan and they took the initiative to notify their hotel in Puglia. We got a very warm welcome and an invitation to enjoy courtesy drinks at the bar that evening. While it may seem like a small gesture but it speaks volumes about their attention to detail and level of service which continued seamlessly throughout our stay. All meals were delicious and beautifully presented. A special thanks to the concierge team who did a fantastic job in helping us plan our outings, restaurant reservations, and transportation...a lot of which was done last minute which may have been challenging given the limitations of being in the countryside.

Came here for my honeymoon and they pulled out all the stops. Easily the best hotel experience of my life. It’s expensive but so worth the splurge, even if only for a night. They surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries in our hotel room after we got back from the beach club. Then later at dinner they gave us free appetizers to sample along with some Vuve champagne. When we got back to our room (after also enjoying the piano entertainment) they laid out a heart in flowers in the bed, gave my wife a lens cleaner under her sun glasses, gave me a book mark for my book which I was folding the pages for and also wrapped up our phone chargers very nearly. We were in awe. Never have I experienced such exceptional service in my life. Thanks to the Rocco Forte for making our honeymoon so special. 10/10 will be coming back or visiting other properties.

What a beautiful place! We had the very special Torre suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The head concierge, Pasquale, was so helpful with tips on places to visit and where to park and where to eat, etc. Delightful! All the people who work here were great!
