Hotel tre stelle in una residenza d'epoca ben tenuta. Camera rustica con il bagno un po' datato ma efficiente. Il servizio e la pulizia sono impeccabili e anche la colazione è a buffet con una discreta scelta. Utilizzata come base per un team di lavoro su Pisa, la nota negativa la fa la distanza, le strade vicine all hotel sono strette e tortuose e al mattino sono trafficate. Ad ogni buon conto il giudizio non può che essere positivo, anche al ristorante, buoni piatti e attenzione ai commensali

Hotel impeccabile veramente, camere pulitissime, letti comodi e c’è la possibilità di regolare la temperatura a piacimento.
Colazione e cena di ottima qualità e personale gentilissimo. Consigliassimo!!

Really nice converted villa, old style charm and great service from the staff. A set menu dinner is delicious and served under a huge chestnut tree in the summer months. Pool and gardens make this a great base to explore Pisa and surroundings.

Simply can’t fault my recent 5 night stay at this beautiful Tuscan Villa. The delightful and engaging hands on owners simply could not have done more to accommodate our large 50th Birthday Celebration group (Grazie Mille)!! Food and service were top notch. Lovely restaurant along with both intimate and social al fresco dining options by day and night. Fabulous Villa, pool and grounds. The only negative was……the fact that we had to leave! Will definitely return to Hotel Villa Maya!

Wow what a find near Pisa, Yuri and Suzy were stand out here along with their team . We stayed with friends for a special 50th birthday and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Perfect balance of professionalism and discretion from Casa Maya. Food always great , superb outdoor bar and wonderful pool where we spent our days with lots of chilled Rose . Just 15 mins from beautiful Pisa and an hour from FLORENCE , this hotel is perfect for a relaxing Tuscan break or exclusive hire for those special times in life

An authentic Tuscany experience that is a hidden gem. This family run venue is a perfect getaway that is only a short ride from Pisa Airport but a self contained rustic hotel with a stunning outlook of sunflower fields, a fabulous pool, and wonderful gardens. We went to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday here, and it was great for all of us to come together in one place with great service, some incredible authentic home cooked food and all the facilities you need for a social gathering or a tranquil holiday. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. If you want a unique and personable service rather this is the place to go. A real special place that I would strongly recommend.

È un bellissimo posto immerso nella tranquillità e pace assoluta. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Le camere in stile un po' antico, sono pulite, letto comodo, bagni nuovi, aria condizionata, frigo. Bellissima piscina per un relax assoluto. Molto gentile il ragazzo del bar che ci ha preparato un aperitivo a bordo piscina. Possibilità di parcheggio. Vasta scelta per la colazione, ricca, abbondante e per tutte le esigenze più specifiche, latte di soia, avena, riso, cocco, macedonia fresca. Non ho potuto provare il ristorante e la palestra per tempistica. Consiglio a chiunque cerchi professionalità, rapporto qualità - prezzo, relax. Possibilmente da raggiungere in auto perché un po' distante dal centro abitato e dai servizi di trasporto.

E la quarta volta che prenoto presso questa struttura un posto veramente meraviglioso immerso nel verde completo di tutte le comodità munito di palestra, piscina , sala bar e ristorante . La pulizia la fa da padrone . Le camere vendono pulite con la massima cura . Il personale si presenta cordiale educato e disponibile per ogni richiesta .Il titolare della Villa Maya è una persona molto educata attento e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Questa è la quarta volta che alloggio con la mia famiglia e credo con fermezza che sarà anche in futuro la struttura che useremo per i prossimi viaggi a Pisa.

We loved our stay at Villa Maya. The hotel was great as were all the staff who were really friendly and accommodating. The food was great. We stayed for 3 nights in a lovely room along with a bunch of friends enjoying the pool, the bar and the lovely location. Honestly, I couldn’t fault the experience - it’s a 3 star hotel but I’m giving it 5 stars! Close to Pisa airport and the leaning tower. J. Bond

Next to a field of sunflowers in full bloom we found Villa Maya. Our friends Jenny and Mike had chosen it to celebrate the renewal of their vows 10 years after their wedding. We were happily impressed by the charm and serenity that this place inspires. Under a huge mulberry tree, the ceremony took place. The old tree provided enough shade and sacredness for all the guests. It kept us excited and close in the ritual. Later we moved to another side of the garden where the wedding banquet took place. The long table, Godfather style, was set under a space occupied by huge plane trees next to an all-brick building. A trademark to connote Tuscany. The girls who served us at the table should be given an Oscar for how they endured and supported the service in the diversity of orders for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans. Feeding has become a real problem nowadays. Never losing patience and taking great care to deliver dishes to diners with special needs. Finally the swimming pool where we spent the afternoon dancing and wetting our feet or swimming, laughing, and singing to the heavens grateful for a day of happiness❤️

Wow what a perfect spot. We celebrated a very Special Occasion with dear friends and Yuri, Suzi and the Team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and everything met on demand. Thank you also for accommodating all the dietary requirements 🙏🏼 food was delicious. What a fabulous fun time with you. We will see you all again soon.
