Terrible experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely inconvenient and unprepared to handle guests. The most absurd incident happened with a simple room service request: we ordered just a few bottles of water, and to our surprise, we were told the payment had to be made immediately and in cash only! If we wanted to pay by card, we’d have to go down to the front desk to make the payment. What kind of room service is this? The whole point of room service is to offer convenience, but here it seems like the guest has to adapt to the hotel’s limitations.
Overall, a frustrating experience. The level of service and organization leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend it and definitely won’t be coming back.

숙소 청결도는 깨끗하고 좋음. 어메니티는 요청해야 주는 것 같고 비치되어 있진않음. 직원이 엄청나게 친절함. 공항 근처에서 하룻밤 묵긴 좋음. 근처 식당도 별로 없어서 1박 이상 하기엔 할 게 없음. 조용하고 셔틀 있어서 좋음. 깨끗하고 친절함

Nossa experiência no Best Western Rome Airport foi razoável, mas deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. O ponto positivo é que o hotel oferece boas comodidades, como uma cama confortável com lençóis e toalhas de qualidade. O quarto era bem aquecido durante nossa estadia no inverno, não tinha carpete, o que proporcionou um ambiente mais leve, e contava com chaleira elétrica, café, frigobar e cofre. No entanto, o quarto apresentava um odor que, embora não fosse desagradável, indicava falta de ventilação adequada.
Os corredores, por outro lado, tinham carpete velho e sujo, o que comprometeu a impressão geral. O atendimento na recepção foi direto e eficiente, mas sentimos falta de informações úteis sobre transporte público em Fiumicino. Aparentemente, o foco está em promover o transfer do hotel, que custa €8 por pessoa. Isso se torna caro se você pretende visitar Roma, já que será necessário pagar o transfer até o aeroporto e, em seguida, a passagem para Roma, repetindo o processo na volta.
Pesquisando por conta própria, descobrimos que há ônibus na Piazza Generale Carlo Alberto Dalla Chiesa, em Fiumicino, que levam até Roma, o que ajudou a economizar. No entanto, essa falta de orientação inicial foi frustrante. Além disso, achamos abusivo o custo de táxis e aplicativos de transporte para percursos curtos de apenas 3 km. O hotel também não oferece transfer gratuito para o aeroporto, algo comum em outros estabelecimentos da região, o que foi decepcionante.
Escolher o Best Western Rome Airport pensando na comodidade de estar próximo ao aeroporto acabou sendo uma decisão cara e pouco vantajosa. Em retrospecto, teria sido melhor optar por um hotel no centro de Roma, com mais opções de transporte e custo-benefício superior.

Questo è un hotel aeroportuale, quindi ci si soggiorna solo se si ha un volo che arriva la sera molto tardi o parte la mattina molto presto.
Fate attenzione se prenotate questo hotel, il mio soggiorno in un giorno festivo è stato davvero complicato a causa del problematico servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto.
Sul sito web dell'hotel sembra che sia offerto un servizio regolare quotidiano ed invece nei giorni di festa il servizio è ridotto ed i clienti che si trovano all'aeroporto dopo le 20:30 non riescono a raggiungere l'hotel e diventano vittime delle tariffe pazze dei tassisti. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cortese, ma non aiuta a risolvere i problemi degli ospiti.
Anche al mattino abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere l'aeroporto perché nonostante il portiere di notte ci avesse assicurato la regolarità del servizio navetta, il mattino successivo abbiamo scoperto che non tutti gli orari erano disponibili. Anche in questo caso personale molto cortese, ma servizio scarso.
A Natale, sono tutti più buoni, basterebbe informare i clienti.

Péssimo. Feio e sujo. O carpete dos corredores todo sujo e manchado. Fora que o som dos aviões não é totalmente bloqueado pelas janelas.

Struttura molto bella, con servizio navetta e vicino all’aeroporto di Fiumicino. Personale gentilissimo, dalla reception al ristorante. Offrono il servizio di parcheggio della macchina durante il periodo di vacanza. Consiglio. A presto

We forgot to book on time at the Hilton and ended up booking at the Best Western. The Hotel was nice but a real surprise was the restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very good cook. Absolutly happy with the duck orange.

We just stayed for a nite as we had to take an early morning flight .. There was no shuttle to the airport until 6am so used a taxi to the airport.
Lack of outlets and No commonToiletries provided in the bathroom. Room and the bathroom is tiny. No place for luggage.
Carpet on floor im the hallways where I stayed was really very dirty and stained.
The hotel needs updating very badly.
Dinner was okay at the restaurant.

Camere con parecchi difetti, la prima volta i parati erano strappati in alcuni punti e l'acqua calda era molto fioca.
Ottima la recpetion con i relativi servizi e la possibiita' di sfruttare la palestra.
Ristorante alto livello.
Servizio navetta verso aeroporto migliorabile con gli orari no prima delle 4:30 e dopo le 22:30 (in entrambi casi ho dovuto prendere un taxi convenzionato)

Ottimo !! cortesia gentilezza qualità prezzo e molto vicino aereoporto di Roma Fiumicino circa 6 minuti raggiungibile con shuttle della best western Hotel's 8€ andata il taxi prende 25€.... inoltre Un ottimo ristorante Pizzeria Concorde ottimo servizio e pizza eccellente cotta bene prezzi modici.

Very small showers, shuttles not frequent enough, thermostat was not working, small Reception cafe closed at night, which is uncomfortable since many have very early flights. Service very good and excellent restaurant, although with a very poor choice of brandy (only an Italian medium one...). Also, not much front parking space.

Hotel claims they run a shuttle from the airport to the hotel but I'm pretty sure their driver has a girlfriend and is not where he's supposed to be! The room is standard but I will say very quiet while being in close proximity to the airport. The restaurant on site is nice and the food was moderately priced. Parking on site, pool and patio. If needed, after making arrangements at the front desk and paying 8 Euros per person, you can reserve seats on the shuttle to the airport.

Comfortable and convenient for our last day in Italy. A small charge for airport shuttle but we got a good deal on the accommodations so the extra 16 euros was a no trainer. Kudos to Reception staff Andrea for his courteous welcome. We were a bit early for checkin but he found us a room immediately at no additional charge. Text book case of good customer service. Canada, USA, or Italy. Best Western has always been our Best Bet.
