Terrible experience with this hotel, which is also called Jackie O' a la Maison on Booking. We suffered a small delay of a train from Como due to a strike, we told them in time and they said no problem. When we arrived in Bergamo, they repeated that it was no problem but that we had to wait for them to come to the hotel, so we had dinner at a nearby place in the meantime. They then responded as if they had had drunk too much, in an inappropriate tone, and then stopped answering us. In the end we had to take another hotel at 1 am and it was very expensive. We did get our money back from Booking, but we never got the extra money back for the expensive last minute hotel or the lost time. ------ Esperienza terribile con questo hotel, che si chiama anche Jackie O' a la Maison su Booking. Abbiamo subito un piccolo ritardo del treno da Como a causa di uno sciopero, li abbiamo informati in tempo e ci hanno detto che non c'erano problemi. Quando siamo arrivati a Bergamo, ci hanno ripetuto che non c'era nessun problema ma che dovevamo aspettare che venissero in hotel, così nel frattempo abbiamo cenato in un posto vicino. Poi hanno risposto come se avessero bevuto troppo, con un tono inappropriato, e hanno smesso di risponderci. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto trovare un altro hotel all'una di notte, molto costoso. Siamo riusciti a farci restituire i soldi da Booking, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto i soldi extra per il costoso hotel dell'ultimo minuto o per il tempo perso.

Casa compartida de tres habitaciones con cocina en común. Muy buena atención de los anfitriones y la habitación cómoda, con baño y bien cuidada. El sitio tiene mucho encanto con temática musical.

Estuvimos hospedados en nuestra visita a Bérgamo, la ubicación es extraordinaria, Roberto es un señor muy amable y contesta rápido. El hotel tiene una calidad-Precio aceptable. Las instalaciones podrían estar más cuidadas. Un saludo

Ottima la posizione, Città Alta è incantevole. Si può raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici e la funicolare. Curato nei articolari. Ottima la pulizia.

EN: We are 2 adults and we wanted to spend 2 nights in Bergamo, we wanted to make the reservation with Booking.com but it was mentioned that if we arrived by 11pm we would have an additional fee, we called to get more information. The staff told us that after 11pm we would have to pay only in cash and preferred to make all the reservations out of Booking.com, so we stayed in touch by WhatsApp. At our arrival it was even hard to reach the staff guy and when we could he says that finally the address was not the same, that the price increased from 140€ to 260€, the reality is that the gentleman wanted us to stay in his own apartment and keep the cash by making us sleep in his own apartment which was not very far from the hotel "La Maison des artistes", we only found a hotel available from 3am otherwise we would sleep outside. To be avoided! FR: Nous sommes 2 adultes et nous voulions passer 2 nuits à Bergamo, nous voulions faire la réservation via le site Booking.com mais il était mentionné que si on arrivait après 23h nous aurions un cout supplémentaire, nous avons appelé pour en savoir plus. L’employé nous a fait savoir qu’après 23h il faudrait payer uniquement en cash et à préférer faire toutes les démarches de réservations en dehors de Booking.com, on communiquait via WhatsApp. Le jour de notre arrivé il était compliqué de joindre cette personne, quand bien même on nous indique que finalement l’adresse n’est plus la même, que le prix est passé de 140€ à 260€, la réalité est que le Monsieur voulait nous héberger dans son appartement et empocher les 260€ en nous faisant dormir dans son propre appartement qui n’était pas très loin de l’hôtel « La maison des artistes », nous n’avons trouvé un hôtel de disponible qu’à partir de 3h du matin sinon nous allions dormir dehors. A éviter ! ES: Somos 2 adultos y queríamos pasar 2 noches en Bérgamo, queríamos hacer la reserva con Booking.com pero se mencionaba que si llegábamos antes de las 23:00 tendríamos un costo adicional, llamamos para informarnos. El personal nos dijo que después de las 23:00 tendríamos que pagar sólo en efectivo y que mejor hacer todas las reservas fuera de Booking.com, así que nos mantuvimos en contacto por WhatsApp. A nuestra llegada nos dice que finalmente la dirección no era la misma, que el precio pasa de 140€ a 260€... la realidad es que el señor quería que nos quedáramos en su propio apartamento y quedarse con el dinero en efectivo haciéndonos dormir en su propio apartamento que no estaba muy lejos del hotel "La Maison des artistes", sólo encontramos un hotel disponible a partir de las 3 de la mañana de lo contrario dormiríamos fuera. Por supuesto no recomendaría este lugar.

Il gestore estremamente gentile e cordiale ci ha accolto in una struttura accogliente e particolare, all'interno delle stanze però non si respira la stessa atmosfera musicale esterna peccato. Da migliorare anche il lato pulizia. La posizione è ottima invece, a pochi passi c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta per locali e acquisti vari!

2 stars as the owner was nice and the location is excellent. However the rooms are not cleaned nor properly maintained. The bed sheets were dirty, the rooms was dirty and the bathroom as well. Too bad, it would have made it perfect.

Attenzione a questo Signore...fa dei truschini poco chiari con le prenotazioni delle camere,annulla le prenotazioni, e vi manda in altre strutture sue con un sovrapprezzo,evitatelo,anzi bisognerebbe denunciarlo!

Consiglio vivamente questo posto dove stare. Posizione perfetta. Vicino a bellissimi monumenti, ristoranti e una fermata dell'autobus. Interni elegantemente decorati e decorati con strumenti musicali. Molto pulito. Cucina molto ben attrezzata (piatti, posate, cavatappi, caffè, tè, frigorifero). La spazzatura viene pulita giornalmente. L'unico aspetto negativo è il rumore fuori dalla finestra.

Un edificio storico che nasconde un tesoro: qualche stanza per pernottare nella bellissima Bergamo Alta, a due passi da Piazza Vecchia. Mobili recuperati da edifici storici, piccoli confort e persone gentilissime ti accolgono raccontandoti la loro vita da musicisti. Molto consigliato!

Все очень понравилось! Удобное расположение в исторической части города. Завтрак не был заявлен, но были приятно удивлены, что в общей зоне все было предоставлено в свободном круглосуточном доступе: выпечка, чай, кофе. Плюс микроволновка и холодильник. Персонал вежливый и приветливый.

Всё супер! Прям в историческом центре, и номера красивые (мы позаглядывали)), но берите беруши! Соседей не слышно, но шум с улицы от приезжающих машин такой безумно громкий, словно самолёт пролетает мимо. Есть кухня общая, с микроволновкой, холодильником и кофейным аппаратом. Каждый день нас ждал пирог.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The owner (Roberto) is very nice and tried helping us with several questions. Why I am giving this hotel a low rating is my daughter and I both got bitten by some insect(s) while we were sleeping at this hotel. I got about 20 bites and my daughter got approximately 30 bites in total. When we told Roberto the next morning, he said that it was unusual for the time of year and told us where to find a pharmacy. I didn't feel this addressed the issue adequately and I would not suggest staying at this hotel!

Endroit sympa mais il ne fallait pas toucher au contenu du frigo !!! Certains sites mentionnent un parking privé ou possibilité de garer dans les rues adjacentes ( street parking) Absolument faux. Se garer à proximité est impossible ou payant

Worst booking. We arrived after midnight and the key of our room was supposed to wait us in the corridor of this so called hostel. There wasnt any key and when calling to the host, he said he was in Sicily and forgot to put it there or something similar. It was hard to understand his mumbling. Then the call disconnected and that was it. Sounds like a scam almost, but the booking was done trough booking.com.
