Siamo andati su consiglio di mia figlia che ora abita a Lucca un ristorante un po retro da fuori non sembra ma dentro è proprio carino il servizio è ottimo anche il cibo è buono siamo stati i primi ad arrivare poi piano piano il locale si è riempito comunque veramente soddisfatti consigliato

Locale piccolo ma molto caratteristico nel centro di Lucca ma fuori dalle strade più affollate. Menù ridotto ma con pietanze interessanti anche per vegetariani. Carta dei vini piena di produttori di nicchia, locali e non, a prezzi ragionevoli. Servizio cortese e veloce. Bravi!!

🇬🇧 Beautiful atmosphere, delicious and refined dishes which inspired us to try new flavour combinations. Kudos to the chef for her inventiveness and to the waiters who were incredibly kind and helpful. We'll be back for sure!

Molto raramente, in Italia e nel mondo, durante l'ultimo mezzo secolo mi è capitato di mangiare cose tanto squisite a un prezzo così ragionevole, servite con tale competenza e cortesia da persone tanto simpatiche.

I have been in Italy for six weeks now and ths was without a doubt the best meal I have had. Not even close. The menu was different and interesting. The food was outstanding and the service was first rate. The owner also waited on us and explained everything on the menu. He made a great suggestion on the wine. Also, we found out the chef is his wife. Hard to beat this experience at Il Grammofono.

Uno dei pochi ristoranti che varia il menu di mese in mese con prodotti sempre di stagione e una attenzione costante negli abbinamenti. Servizio cordiale e attento ma non invadente, merita una visita!

It looked like a nice restaurant but the portions are MICROSCOPIC. Very nice taste but my steak was smaller than my thumb.
Someone with a good appetite will need a few dishes.
Also, as a solo eater I was neglected to an isolated table and I had to wait at least 15 mins to order because “sorry, too busy” I really felt like a second class citizen. Even getting a glass of wine took 10 attempts to get the male waiter’s attention. Did not bother with dessert because of the same reason.
I reckon there’s much better value for money places with more attentive staff in Lucca.

Una bellissima esperienza che non mancheremo di condividere con le persone a noi vicine. Un ambiente caldo personale professionale e molto cordiale. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cenare e godere di musica dal vivo a noi molto gradita. Consigliamo vivamente, sono attenti per il senza glutine e chi è intollerante al lattosio. Grazie per la splendida serata :)

During my visit in late September, the restaurant impressed despite our delayed arrival. We were warmly welcomed and quickly seated in a cozy, rustic setting with a vintage touch. The chairs were comfortable, and the lighting was perfect for a relaxed evening.
Booking was simple—just a quick WhatsApp message with a swift English response. The menu was available in both English and Italian, accessible via a physical copy or QR code.
The young, attentive staff added to the experience with their laid-back yet professional service. We enjoyed a flavorful meal: Beef Tartare and Perlina Eggplant for starters, Spaghetti and Pappardelle for mains, followed by a delightful Panna Cotta and Pastel de Nata.
Overall, a warm and inviting spot with great food and excellent service!

I am a restauranteur in the U.K. Food and eating out is not just a passion it is also my job. This restaurant took me by surprise. IT IS HONESTLY THE BEST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER EATEN IN. Their food is exquisite. The service was delightful. The husband and wife team are geniuses. They are both so young for their brilliance.. eat here or you’re doing yourself an injustice

We went here for our anniversary dinner and were welcomed in a friendliest manner, the service is attentive and personal. We enjoyed trying a new take on Italian classics 👌🏽the menu is small but interesting, the wine list is also great. The ambience also felt just right, it’s a small but cozy place.

È diventato uno dei nostri preferiti dal primo piatto che abbiamo assaggiato qualche mese fa.
Il Grammofono è ormai una tappa fissa quando passiamo per Lucca sulla strada delle vacanze !
I piatti decisamente fuori del comune, quelli che abbiamo provati erano deliziosi. I desserts non deludono mai e il servizio è impeccabile !
Agosto 2024, l'insalata di sashimi di salmone era veramente memorabile!

Had dinner here yesterday with my girlfriend and we had a great evening! The level of service is high, the staff knows their food and wines. Plus they speak proper english.
The food is also really good. The menu has some beautiful and thoughtful dishes. We even had the luck to enjoy some live jazz music, which was not to soft but also not too dominant.

Een topadresje in Lucca, dat absoluut een bezoek waard is. Heel vriendelijk personeel, mooi kader en enorm lekker eten voor een erg schappelijke prijs. Het lekkere zelfgemaakte brood is een hele leuke extra!

This restaurant is one of the very bestest in Italy that we have visited! We appreciate the refinement of the cuisine and the monthly changing menu.
Salmon sashimi salad was just outstanding!
Desserts are out this world! You cannot go there and not have room for dessert!
We have stopped here twice while driving from Naples to France and will continue to do so! Lucca is definitely our stopover now!
