Very cozy and nice hotel in the city centre of Bergamo. The rooms are big and very clean and are very nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also nice with a few vegetarian options too. I highly recommend it!

You will not find better place in Bergamo to stay. The staff are attentive, kind, and professional. The rooms are impeccable with nice touches AND very energy efficient. So much attention to detail here. I can’t recommend it more—

What a wonderful hotel. We were so thrilled to have found Petronilla Hotel. We initially stayed for one night and loved it so much we came back for a further nights after Lake Como. The location is ideal for visiting the Citta Alta and wandering the streets of Bergamo. Rebecca and Francesco were so helpful and super friendly. Highly recommended.

If you’re thinking of visiting Bergamo, you absolutely must stay at Hotel Petronilla. The hotel, location and, most importantly, the staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, they are so knowledgeable about the area (provided restaurant reservations and bookings, travel advice for us to visit the San Pellegrino spa…) and they are just so kind and friendly. We had such an amazing time at Hotel Petronilla and will absolutely return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There has to be carpet in the rooms. You pay 250 euro per night and hear every single step from the upper room. Not nice

Fantastic Boutique Hotel in the very center of Bergamo. Perfect both for a business as well as a pleasure stay. The area is surrounded with good restaurants and bars.

ABSOLUTE JACKPOT. We decided to spend a cheeky weekend in Bergamo and we struck gold. Petronilla (and all the team) are fantastic….Think perfect boutique hotel with a good pinch of Art Deco and a splash of Wes Anderson. The staff were incredibly helpful (thanks Francesco), the breakfast was delicious, the location couldn’t have been better and the rooms (and general decor) were fabulous. Looking forward to our next visit! Cheers

From your arrival through to your departure the staff are friendly and helpful, concerned that you enjoy your stay and experience the beautiful city of Bergamo
Our room was airy and quiet, the shower was powerful and a little intimidating at first. The hotel location is central, a 15min walk from the railway station and close to shopping, restaurants, and cafes.
The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and very European - fruit, cereals, juices, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, as well as hot eggs on demand
And the cappuccino is a delight.
Great place to stay when exploring Bergamo.

What an excellent hotel great rooms clean and spacious and the staff are fantastic. They make every effort and extremely helpful and caring. If your staying in Bergamo this is a must place to stay I can not recommend it enough
