I want to highlight the excellent service we received. Due to serious personal issues, we couldn’t check into the hotel. The staff showed great understanding and didn’t apply any penalties. It’s rare to find such kindness and support these days. Thank you!

Un'esperienza fantastica. Camere stupende, colazione in terrazza con vista città dall'alto e pasticciotti caldi appena sfornati (che non è poco). Personale squisito. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Consigliatissimo.

Compared to The Grand Hotel di Lecce which was much cheaper and nicer, I give them two stars. The room was okay (no window but it does state that in the fine print). Where this hotel fails is the unfriendly front desk staff (the breakfast lady was very nice); the breakfast buffet is not replenished during service - good luck if you turn up halfway through! The pool is for show and can’t be used and, as far as I could tell, the ‘spa’ is nonexistent. There were no tea or coffee making facilities (something supplied in the seven other hotels I stayed in during my trip). No complimentary bottled water in the room - something I found in all other four star hotels I stayed in. The safe doesn’t work and other guests have found the same in their rooms. I would have stayed longer at the Grand, but they were booked solid for the rest of my stay - not surprised as it is much nicer

The worse place we ever stayed during our Italy holiday. Nothing works. Swimming is just for show, AC doesn’t work, window doesn’t open, shower doesn’t work. Apparently there garage roof been damaged so no parking and we have to park somewhere else. Please take your money somewhere else. We went around the area and there are much better places to stay and is cheaper and much better. If we were staying more then a night we would have booked somewhere else and wouldn’t have even care if we loose money here. This is not 4star it should be 2star hotel. They charging people for location but there are lot more b&b and hotel around here which is nice and is cheaper. And safe doesn’t work either.

Habitación con claraboya para ventilar e iluminar, baño desactualizado. Habitación 3era planta se escucha todo el ruido del desayuno. No cumple con las expectativas de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Assegno volutamente una stella perché voglio invitare la gestione di questo a hotel a rivoluzionare drasticamente la COLAZIONE: PASTICCIOTTI SURGELATI e serviti mezzi crudi, ventagli e torte confezionati!!! Non si può fare in 4 stelle in centro Lecce, ma dai!!! Tavoli da pulire. Reception voto 10, camere pure.

Posizione centralissima, reception voto 10, colazione voto ZERO, torte e ventagli tutto rigorosamente CONFEZIONATO, pasticciotti SURGELATI !!! Pane a fette da busta. Tavoli da pulire .Colazione da dimenticare.

Hotel centralissimo, la targa della macchina viene registrata dallo staff per poter accedere senza problemi nella zona ztl. Camera molto bella e affaccio sulla piazza, piena di locali invitanti. La colazione molto buona sul rooftop bellissimo. Ringraziamo in particolare Giovanni della reception che ci ha consigliato in tutto al meglio.

Le camere hanno dei bellissimi interni, il personale è molto gentile, puntuale e cordiale. La posizione è ottima, visiti tutto il centro a piedi senza problemi ne necessitá di mezzi. Mi aspettavo un po’ più di spazio nelle stanze e il letto aggiuntivo nella nostra stanza matrimoniale era praticamente una brandina con un buon materasso. Una delle persone con cui ho condiviso la stanza soffre di allergia agli acari della polvere e nel corso della sua trascorrenza all’hotel ha notato una forte presenza dei suddetti acari, consiglia materassi e lenzuola anallergici. La colazione a buffet era ottima, compresi i suoi orari piuttosto permissivi per esempio per un gruppo di ragazzi giovani che preferiscono stare fuori la sera fino a tardi

Si bien el hotel es muy lindo, y las habitaciones también, la atención es lobby no es buena. La ubicación está muy bien, debido a que queda dentro del barrio viejo, pero todos los parkings, quedan por fuera y no ofrece servicio más que la calle o un estacionamiento muy caro y no tan cerca. El desayuno es aceptable, si bien no siempre tiene tantas opciones. El baño no tiene jabón, aún que pidas y hay cucarachas. Solo ofrece sobres de Shower Gel y Shampoo. No hay acondicionador. La ducha se inunda porque el agua no se va correctamente. La habitación es linda, la cama es bastante simple y te dan una sola almohada. Tiene gimnasio, muy chico, pero sirve y está bien. 1 solo ascensor para todo el hotel, que 1 día estuvo fuera de servicio.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale standard e devo dire che era piccola ma confortevole. Per essere un 4 stelle ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più sotto varia punti di vista:Kit cortesia molto scarno, idem per la colazione, a buffet ma con scelta ridotta. Il problema FONDAMENTALE è il parcheggio. Su un noto motore di ricerca(Booking) viene riportato che l’albergo dispone di parcheggio, cosa assolutamente non vera, perché pare che il loro parcheggio sia in manutenzione e di conseguenza viene indicato il parcheggio della città di Lecce Parkejoo che dista 900m dalla struttura e costa la bellezza di 2 € all’ora… fare 1 km con 35 gradi con o senza bagagli non lo trovo piacevole e adeguato e soprattutto sarebbe onesto togliere tra i servizi dell’hotel il parcheggio, perché semplicemente non c’è! Esperienza non da ripetere.

Nos hospedamos aquí por tres noches y en general me pareció un hotel limpio, bonito, con buen servicio y buen desayuno. La localización es inmejorable, por la cercanía de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Solo la cama me resultó incómoda y amanecía cada día algo adolorido de la espalda: me pareció que tiene una superficie irregular, en apariencia por su antigüedad.

ottimo albergo, forse non proprio un 4 stelle. colazione abbondante, terrazza fantastica, posizione pazzesca. camere belle e ben arredate. rumore dalle strade vicine durante la notte sopoortabile

Un bel hôtel bien placé pour visiter le centre historique. A notre arrivée on nous informe nous avoir surclassé cependant la chambre présentait plusieurs problèmes et dysfonctionnements tels que baignoire à jets qui ne marchait pas , petite chasse d'eau des toilettes cassée , rideau manquant d'un côté de la fenêtre , et gros problème de fuites d'eau au niveau du sèche serviettes qui était gelé et rouillé. Ajoute à cela , pas d'eau gratuite dans la chambre , prix stationnement élevé et taxes de séjour au double du prix des autres hôtels . En résumé un rapport qualité prix mitigé et une rénovation à entreprendre pour certaines chambres . Cela ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles italien .

Pas dormi de la nuit à cause de la chaleur dans la chambre et la clim qui ne fonctionne pas, hôtel vétuste et sale bien loin d'un quatre étoiles. Seul intérêt son emplacement.

Hotel in posizione eccellente, peccato che le stanze sono poche comode e non si addicono ad un albergo di quattro stelle ma pensi due/tre; personale scortese e non professionale.

Bellissimo!!!!Struttura pulitissima e molto bella,personale molto disponibile, Al centro città,comodo anche per le diverse visitazioni che abbiamo fatto in tutte le chiese del centro.Proporzione qualità prezzo ottima!!!!
