Esperienza bruttissima ho prenotato per mio figlio in quanto doveva fare un concorso, ieri sera rientra alle Alle 23.45 trovando la reception chiusa e non potendo prendere la chiave abbiamo iniziato a tempestare l'unico numero telefonico che c'era su internet noi da casa e lui sul posto non potendo rintracciare nessuno ha dovuto dormire tutta la notte per terra , vergognatevi. In risposta al proprietario dico che non esiste una reception che non si possa contattare in caso di urgenza e aggiungo che la serietà è quella che quando la sera chiudete con tutto e tutti vi assicurate che i clienti non ancora rientrati possono in qualche modo essere contattati da voi per non lasciarli fuori e magari lasciare la chiave concordandovi se non riuscite a gestire l'hotel e accontentare i clienti è meglio che chiudete

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questo Hotel per la partenza e il ritorno da un viaggio. Il personale si è dimostrato super disponibile nonostante l’aereo atterrasse alle 4 di mattina e quindi ci servisse la camera per le 4:30. C’è un servizio navetta molto comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto in 10 minuti che si è reso disponibile anche in piena notte. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di alberghi vicini all’aeroporto.

Para 1 dia o quizás 2 días, el hotel esta bien, porque está cerca del aeropuerto 10 minutos (25 euros taxi), pero si vas de vacaciones a Roma, mejor alojarse más cerca de la ciudad. Un taxi hasta el centro no sale por menos de 55 euros. Pero el hotel en sí esta bien, la habitación que estuve es grande, tiene un buen baño, y una pequeña salita, la cama es confortable y la entrada como las escaleras están limpias. Las personas que nos atendió fueron muy amable. Pongo 2 estrellas en el service porque seria mejor que tuviera desayuno, cerca hay un pequeño bar cafetería que sirven el cafe croissant y poco más. Eso no me gustó, por el precio de la diaria podrían perfectamente incluir el desayuno.

I will never stay again in this hotel. Bad booking management, airport shuttle twice more expensive than an UBER, incomprehensible staff, front desk not open 24/7, bad insulation with very loud aircraft noise, broken equipment and incapacity to shower. No water pressure and temperature either cold or boiling. Never again

Very bad & rude staff! To avoid Reply to the comment below: I am not a liar at all. I requested an invoice for my reservation the day of the stay. I never received it. After asking for it again by phone, the receptionist brutally hang up on me. Since then they ghosted me. So yes, you were rude and unhelpful to me and I highly recommend to avoid your place!

Nem vártak meg minket, nem tudtuk elfoglalni a szállást. A számláért könyörögni kell, hibásan küldték és nem hajlandóak javítani. Nehézkes a kommunikáció, egyáltalán nem segítőkészek.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in una circostanza imprevista e difficile, e non posso fare a meno di elogiare l'eccezionale servizio clienti che ho ricevuto. A causa di un lutto familiare improvviso, ho dovuto modificare i miei piani di viaggio all'ultimo momento. Ho contattato l'hotel spiegando la mia situazione e chiedendo se fosse possibile anticipare la mia prenotazione a quella stessa sera. Il personale è stato incredibilmente comprensivo e premuroso, trovandomi una camera senza alcuna spesa aggiuntiva. La camera era confortevole e pulita, offrendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Nonostante le circostanze difficili, mi sono sentita accolta e supportata, grazie alla professionalità e all'umanità del personale dell'hotel. Voglio esprimere il mio sincero ringraziamento per l'assistenza ricevuta. La loro disponibilità e gentilezza hanno fatto la differenza in un momento difficile per me. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un luogo dove l'ospitalità e l'attenzione al cliente siano una priorità. Grazie di cuore. Caterina Marinelli

Funcionário grosseiro e mal educado. Quartos com vazamento no ar condicionado e frigobar em mau funcionamento. Fui alocada em um quarto que não contratei, no qual não dava para ficar de pé. Banheiro com ralo entupido e descarga que não funcionava corretamente.

Quarto amplo, região deserta para sair de madrugada, achei um pouco sujo, se houver problema com transporte peça Uber com antecedência, pois cancelaram duas vezes.

Now you are being obtuse. First there is no one to answer the phones or communicate with. You responded once. That is extremely poor communication. My plans changed and I did not need your hotel. I asked to cancel 3 days in advance and you refused the refund. It was at management discretion to return my money and you refused. I will happily change my review if you return my money. Until then you remain a poor substitute for a decent hotel.

Para nosotros ha sido una gran experiencia estar en este hotel, no solo por la cercanía al aeropuerto si no también por el personal concretamente (Alejandro), nos resultó de gran ayuda a la hora de alojarnos, el fue realmente amable, educado y un gran profesional con el trato al huésped, todos estos detalles son muy importantes para un hotel porque marcan la diferencia por eso yo personalmente recomiendo este hotel, viajo bastante y lo sé por experiencia, se necesitan mas Alejandros en las recepciones. Las habitaciones y las zonas comunes estaban muy limpias. El precio es bueno y la cercanía al hotel también lo es por su ubicación.

Loved the stay, though on arrival at 8.15am, the hotel was closed. Spent quality time at the bar around the corner and when I returned at 9.30am, was happy to be greeted at the reception. Quiet hotel, Room was well done- comfortable. Do call in advance if services of a driver/taxi are needed.

We needed a place very near the airport so we could make it to our early flight the next morning. This little place was perfect for our needs. The people at the front desk were super kind and helpful! When we checked in, my two travel companions discovered they had accidentally left their bag with their passports in the taxi and were understandably worried. Tullio (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) took care of everything for them -- calling the taxi company and arranging for their bag to be delivered to the hotel, which it was in only half an hour! He also gave us good recommendations about food in the town, carefully explained the checkout process and everything else, and set up our shuttle reservation for the next morning. The rooms were delightfully clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle was a great convenience. We bumped into a few fellow guests also heading to the airport the next morning and they were fun to chat with. If you need a place right by the airport and don't want to pay a fortune for it, this is a very friendly place to stay. I would certainly stay here again!

Per essere un 3 stelle, ho trovato questo hotel molto comodo, pulito e confortevole. Ci ho soggiornato solo una notte ma ho dormito molto bene. La camera era silenziosa, pulita e con bagno comodo. Vicino all'aeroporto, è possibile usufruire del servizio navetta. Personale gentilissimo.

Check staff very helpful and friendly! The room is very small, about 8' x 12'. Building in need of maintenance! Rooms clean but need attention. Black mold around the ceiling in bathroom. Wallpaper peeling from water. Drain in shower barely drains. Shower head repaired with electric tape. Someone else's food in the unplugged refrigerator ! Ligth fixture in bath needs fixed. Great value on shuttle. Be aware the taxis will attempt to charge 40 euros for a 5min ride. Call the shuttle for 20 euro. Prompt and convenient. Overall not great but OK for one night before an early flight.

Muy buena la atención del personal. Habitaciones muy prolijas y con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable por estar tan cerca del Aeropuerto Fiumicino.
