If you like sleep then this is not a hotel for you, working nights and been woken up every day I was here, they have contractors In banging, then knocking on my door to come and do work 😡 . Delivery vans beep for ages, bikes they like to do laps of the car park and rev constantly.

You know what you're getting with a travelodge, have stayed here several times, it's now my go to hotel for Erith.
Clean, friendly staff, free parking, nice gastro pub across the way.. all good!

A pretty nice Travelodge with typical Travelodge standard, but with bonus of more affordable price. Location wise I am not too sure. The surrounding area feels a bit weird especially at night….

Stayed here for work for one night, definitely won't be staying here next time I go to the area! I always pick Travelodge when I stay somewhere and they're usually pretty good, but this one....nope! Room smelled funny, hairs in the bathroom and on the bed, questionable stains on the bedframe, the carpets tearing up all over the staircases. Worst of all it was dark and stuffy and the air con didn't work! Couldn't open the window as it's right next to a shopping plaza and dual carriageway so had a very uncomfortable night. Staff were friendly enough, but that doesn't count for much when it's the room you pay for. Location is pretty poor to be honest, difficult to get to if there's traffic, which there was when I went. There are families living there too, through no fault of their own I'm sure, but kids running about slamming doors and rubbish in bags in the hallways makes it uncomfortable for guests. That's probably more council failures than Travelodge's though. The WiFi was terrible, 1.9mbs on average, I couldn't even watch iPlayer through it so definitely not worth the money to pay for. Sadly the place is like a farady cage so with no 5g you don't really have a choice, even if you just want to use messenger. I had to go sit in my car to make a video call! I'm just really disappointed, normally Travelodge is ok, but this one was a poor example and I won't be staying here again.

Stayed here last week and woke up covered in bites from bed bugs, I asked for my sheets to be changed and the staff told me there was mosquitos in the room which was a lie, got clean sheets and woke up the next morning covered in bites again. I will never stay here ever again!!!!!

My stay at the travelodge Belverdere has lifted my spirits the staff are warm , the manager John is so approachable and helpful , Jamal and Anthony outstanding customer services - deportment compartment and professionalism exceptional. Also a lovely lady at reception very friendly and affable. The lady cleaning staff who always have a smile and an uplifting word each day has really helped create good memories of my time here the head cleaner is very lovely. - I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are peaceful and very clean. Listra

Stayed here for two nights, Heating doesn’t worked at all and the receptionist had no answer what is the problem. It’s freezing outside and in the room. Emergency electric heater wasn’t available as well.

You know what you are.getting with a Travelodge, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. The room was very quiet and the bathroom smelt of urine which is why I knocked off a star.

amazing place , booked a hotel room by accident so thought might aswell get my moneys worth , amazing staff especially the receptionist taylor, he was very polite and helped us with everything we needed the stars should definitely be higher on this hotel!!❤️
