Spent 3 nights at BCH. for our anniversary and also to dine with family who live in London. Excellent friendly staff, good quality breakfast. Meals in Garden Restaurants above expected for price. Rooms spotlessly clean ( no dust on top of wardrobes. Sadly I had to check ) but toilet could do with soft closure lid. Transport links to central London are good too. Wife and both early 70's using buses to central London with no problems We definitely will be staying here again.

Good value for its location, professional, it is popular for weddings and events, so guests who are not part of the events, especially over weekends are accommodated elsewhere in the venue, so guests have to accept that, the service is not diminished by that, but have to be aware of it.

The hotel, rooms, breakfast were all fabulous. Hardly slept on second night as there had been a function and people came up to their room next ro ours and talked and laughed and played music until 4am. Sound proofing is non-existent. After a function, maybe staff could walk the corridors and nip any noise in the bud by polite request.?

Did not stay at the hotel but visited to celebrate someone's birthday there. The staff, and I mean all of them, were superb, from reception to the gym receptionist who could see I was lost. The meal and service in the Garden Restaurant was excellent ( especially Andreas ) Wonderful and bright restaurant in the Orangery, with picturesque gardens to the rear Will definitely book for myself in the future for Sunday Lunch

Yana was absolutely brilliant with me. She has alot of knowledge of the property and knows her history of the hotel. Spent a while speaking with her and thought she was absolutely brilliant! Really helpful and explained everything to me. Most certainly will be staying again and hope to see Yanna very soon! Payrise is in order for herself:)

We had such a lovely afternoon tea in the Garden restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and attentive especially Elena. When she knew we were there for my friends birthday Elena brought over a special cake for my friend which was such a lovely touch. The restaurant and view over the garden was also lovely. Thank you for making our visit so special!

Lovely lovely staff. They also gladly decorated the room for my wife's birthday and all I had to do was ask a few hrs before arrival The room we got was nice and spacious

We had a very good stay at Bromley Court Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Elena and Geta for their excellent service. For the price, the hotel offers great value, and we’d happily recommend it.

New Year's Eve party, more like a night out at an old people's home. Very average food, expensive drinks, average service. Very overpriced for the occasion. Wouldn't return.

Delightful hotel with enormous character. It has the largest and most beautiful dining room and a lovely old garden with amazing view. The staff are helpful and charming. The food is excellent. What's not to like?

Excellent place to visit. The service is operating through out Christmas and they serve Christmas day and boxing day and the rooms are very comfortable

We somehow were given guest of the day and this meant we were upgraded to the bridal suite. We are so grateful to the hotel for their generosity and making this a very special Christmas for us, which we will not forget. After such a long working year this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The suite was beautiful and there is everything you need from different pillow choices to a great choice of amenities. The breakfast is great and the grounds are beautiful. I can't find any criticism of this place. It has a wonderful history and so much charm. It is lovely looking at the old pictures around the place and all the original features. The staff are kind and welcoming and we had such an excellent stay Highly recommended

It was not bad to visit the hotel. I think it suits older people with their old English cultures. Staff are friendly.

We had my husband’s 60th birthday / our surprise wedding in the Wellington Suite last Saturday and the Events Team and staff were fantastic. They’d organised everything to perfection so the run up to and the evening itself ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d highly recommend this venue.

Nice hotel providing comfortable (if rather small) rooms at a good price. Food good, pleasant location but car parking can be a nightmare when they have family or corporate functions / weddings etc.

For the past four years, VW Bromley celebrated our Christmas party at Bromley court Hotel and every single time, they’ve outdone themselves! It’s become a cherished tradition for us because we know we can always count on the amazing atmosphere, outstanding service, and incredible food. The holiday decorations are always on point, creating the perfect festive vibe, and the team consistently makes us feel like valued guests. The food, as always, was absolutely delicious—flavorful, perfectly prepared, and presented with care. Their ability to maintain such high standards year after year is truly impressive. We’re so grateful to the chefs Vissen ,Jonathan ,Arnold and special thanks to amy and danny for being part of our holiday memories. They never fail to make the season extra special for us, and we can’t wait to be back next year! Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a memorable event.

Fantastic hotel, it’s becoming my go to hotel when in the area. Great rooms and breakfast, free parking is also a real bonus.

The decor in the dining room and bar is beautiful and quite striking. The hotel grounds are also very spacious and beautiful. The rooms were basic but clean. I did struggle getting a decent WiFi connection in my room (103). At times it did get loud too but given I stayed on a Saturday night during the Christmas season I'm more understanding of that. The hotel advertises a gym. I was severely disappointed to learn that the gym consisted of only 7 very dated pieces of equipment, five of which were broken on my stay. The hotel should not advertise this as a gym. This was very poor even though I appreciate people don't visit the hotel purely for the gym. The hotel breakfast was very good and they were accommodating to my dietary requirements. I'd probably stay again as I still enjoyed my stay but I would urge the hotel to consider my points.

Went here for afternoon tea with my grown up granddaughter. So glad we chose the Bromley Court. Our waiter Andreas could not have been nicer to us. The tea was very good and plentiful. We plan to return in New Year.
