Perfect location for my staff to stay over. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was brilliant. A huge selection of different options. Bar was open when we arrived and served by really lovely staff after a long journey to get there. Very much welcomed.

One of the best Premier inns I have ever stayed in. The Staff are very helpful the Restaurant is the best premier inn I have ever ate in both the breakfast and evening chefs excellent. My best wishes to all Eltham staff.

Love this hotel very friendly staff parking is great hotel is very clean staff are brilliant. Dale & Louise are very helpful happy and my favourite two people here! Will deffo be retuning my favourite Premier inn that is local to me thanks again guys!

Lacking certain items in the room. No phone , so cannot contact reception. Tea and coffee facilities very limited. Pluses - great breakfast and evening meals Comfortable bed. Very clean.

Stayed here lastnight cant fault the staff hotel food and service, staff visable helpfull and friendly manager Sachin was exstreamly helpfull sorting a booking issue we had from central bookings. It was nice to see him at breakfast making sure we where all fed and watered. We had prevously stayed at premire inn and had a far from good stay, im often in Eltham and will defanintly be staying here, can i also mention staff in check in and dinner was really wonderfull proffesstional and food was exellent thank you for restoring our faith in premire inn. I have been staying at the Eltham Premier Inn for the past year for business purposes, and it has truly become a home away from home. The rooms are always impeccably clean, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. A special thank you to Kim, Irina, Sachin, Jodie and Hayley and—they are wonderful people who make me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their warmth and helpfulness make each stay enjoyable, and I feel like they are a second family. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for both comfort and exceptional service.

Nothing but praise for this hotel, particularly two of its lovely staff members. My husband, two children and I stayed here on a trip to see family in London (we travelled from Birmingham). We stayed for two nights. The room we were given was a corner family room, which is by far the most spacious family room we have stayed in at a Premier Inn. We had a comfortable sleep even though the room was facing a busy road. We did come back on the second night and find that our toilet was leaking from the bottom. My husband went to the reception desk and the lovely Kim came to our room and fixed it all up for us, saying we could stay in a different room immediately if we wanted to (we decided not to as we were leaving the next day anyway). Kim was super friendly and amiable, one of those people you know would do anything for you. We really appreciated her and her demeanor. She went on to tell us about the services available at the hotel and couldn't apologise enough for the toilet leak, she was ever so kind. We headed down to the restaurant for a late lunch, only to be greeted by Hayley, who informed us that our family breakfast would be free the next morning due to the inconvenience. Again, Hayley was incredibly professional, genuine, and very apologetic. Both Kim and Hayley served us for dinner and went out of their way to make sure we were happy, even though we had dinner towards closing time and were the only ones left in the restaurant. My daughter was so impressed that she asked me to get Kim and Hayley's names so she could write a review! Thank you so much for you genuinely wonderful customer service, you are a real credit to the Premier Inn Eltham team and I hope you are duly recognised. :)

All staff members are friendly, specially Irina. She was so help full and friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of options were available to choose. Check in was easy and good. Comfortable beds and nice air-conditioning room specially in this summer time.

We use Premier Inn a lot. This one was fine but not as good as some. Bathroom needed decorating. Very few staff but they were very nice.

Great customer service from Louise and the other team members tonight. A lovely oven cooked lasagne and a fresh salad presented by friendly staff was just what i needed.

Great reception team, very welcoming and hospitable. Great location, close to amenities. Rooms were perfect, clean, spacious and all you need for the night. Mobile signal is an issue hence four stars, however good wifi throughout! Parking is external hence the price but a discount code offered on check out! I’d stay again!

Nice night here in July. Stayed for visiting friends in neighbourhood. Though not supplied with toothbrushing kits, the bathroom is spacious enough and the room could accommodate 4 people with their own beds. Breakfast is basic ones with enough choices to kick-off a day. Staff are nice during check-in and breakfast.

Prepped for my photoshoot in here, all went well, tidy room, easy check in and check out, we got street parking as well nearby as it was weekend, good black out curtains letting you sleep nicely

Brilliant hotel! Wonderful staff. I want to specifically thank Irena for being so helpful, understanding and kind when my fiancée became seriously ill late at night (due to her existing condition, not the hotel's fault). Nothing was too much trouble for the staff during the while visit and it really made a difference. In terms of the hotel itself, we found the area to be very quiet and it was convenient to be within 15 mins of the train station. The room was very clean and well presented and the beds were fresh and comfy. Will definitely be staying again next time we visit London.
