Hardly any animals to be seen! There were only a couple of Flamingos in a muddy pond, didn't get to see the one and only Otter. Had big enclosures( which is good) but for just 1 or 2 of each variety in them. Not very interesting and very expensive for such a small zoo.

Took my son to this great little zoo. Nice variety of animals to see, the Mara's wandering around were different and interesting to see. Lots of colourful birds and reptiles in the tropical house, which is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Cafe was excellent value and the lady serving on the till was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the soup, which was delicious and very reasonably priced, as was the huge bowl of chips.

A great place for young children. Small enough for them to be safe but large enough for them to enjoy exploring. Cafe on site too.

Not a bad zoo, but animals definitely don't have enough room

Amazona is a great little zoo. It’s small enough to explore in a couple of hours, but big enough to have some great animals. The enclosures are spacious and the animals look happy and healthy. The jaguar was a real showstopper, and the tapirs were very cute and friendly. The animal feedings and talks were really informative and staff were happy to answer any questions. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you’re looking for a relaxed day out.

Cute little zoo. It was a cold November day with only 4 cars in the carpark. The animals were super cute. The 2 ladies in the cafe were friendly and polite. Gift shop was nice but too expensive. Some of the walkways were muddy and slippery but that's to be expected. More animals would be nice. I love animals, so I was happy

Good value zoo, very tidy with friendly staff. Was there for about 3 hours (was raining so didn't hang around) Food and drink very reasonable (£1 coffee was delicious )

Really lovely little zoo, and really well priced with indoor soft play to really tire out the kids at the end.

A lovely zoo set in woodland. The animals all appeared in good health, especially the jaguar.

A nice little zoo based on Amazon/central American species. Their jaguar is cute.

The front desk was very kind. It took an hour and 30 minutes to get around, reading all the signs. If it takes you less than 45 minutes, you either have a child who wants to get round quickly to see an animal, or you haven't looked round properly. Some encloses were a little small but well maintained, and there was lots of enrichment and treats. We saw the otter feeding, and it was good. The staff cared for the animals and their was a park and lots of activities. The gift shop had a wide range of things. Some things were very cheap, but other things were just a little but overpriced, but not too much.

What a fantastic visit we had to this Zoo. The Jaguar stole the show for me. All the other animals, reptiles and birds were also a pleasure to view as well. Staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend a visit. Mr & Mrs G

Absolutely surprised at how good it was, so close to animals and so many in such an area even the cafe was excellent value and good honest food,

Visited this week while staying in Cromer as my daughter was very keen to see capybaras and the website lists capybaras with big glossy pictures of them living here. Unfortunately there were no capybaras, we did the circuit of the zoo looking then went back to the receptionist, who told us they hadn’t had them for quite a while…! So the website is rather out of date! Rest of the zoo was ok, animal enclosures looked clean etc. Disappointing visit though as paid “big zoo” prices for a very small experience.

Nice little zoo but probably visiting out of season didn't do it justice as several exhibits were not seen.

The zoo was terrible not in a great state rundown. The big cat looked anxious walking up and the cage . All the animals in doors and the windows are so misty you couldnt really see into . I'm a carer and took a client he was so disappointed . The only animals I saw were goose which didn't even come from the zoo . The price of £16.00 is disgusting for what we saw, on the web site it said it took 4 hours to walk around and we were only there for 50 minutes .....

Nice little zoo with a collection of South American animals. The enclosures were all very clean, and the animals looked well cared for. The staff were really helpful. There is ample free parking and a lovely cafe and gift shop. There are plenty of picnic areas around the grounds.
