BBMF visitors centre/cafe/shop and hangar tour. Fantastic place to soak in the history of the airforce during the second world war and see up close some of the actual aircraft that took part. Well worth a family visit.

What a lovely experience. My late Dad was a Battle of Britain pilot flying spitfires on 266 squadron and p7350. Gavin Smith our guide was a wonderful person with fantastic information and insight and made it very interesting. Thanks, fantastic.

Really informative BUT guides could make it clear visitors' only have during their initial tour to take pictures. They take a really dim view if you go back to the start to take them. Taking pictures during the talks just seemed rude to us. Live and learn

A wonderful facility with some incredible planes on display. The volunteers are wonderful but unfortunately ours, taking the 12.30 tour, was very softly spoken which made it impossible to hear him. We were in a group of 20 and his voice didn't carry more than 6ft. The tour lasts for 90 minutes and only covers a distance of around 100m meaning an awful lot of standing in one spot not being able to hear what is said. It's a difficult thing to complain about in person without feeling like you're being mean about a volunteer who has given up their time but £28 is an awful lot of money to spend to come away feeling so disappointed. There were 7 children on our tour (half term) and every single one of them, although well-behaved, were fidgety, unengaged, and bored and I don't blame them. I really think that there needs to be some more care and focus on tailored customer engagement, particularly during school holiday periods.

Miejsce z maszynami dodać trzeba latającymi z II wojny światowej. Technicy robią co w ich mocy żeby samoloty latały. Przewodnicy to widać ludzie z Pasją z dużym zasobem wiedzy. Dla pasjonatów lotnictwa punkt obowiązkowy do zobaczenia

The tour is great, very informative, and worth the money. However, the gift shop is very run down by the way of gifts to buy. I have been here quite a few times but dissatisfied on this visit. Although the cafe is now open.

This is where you can see the Battle of Britain memorial flight that is so popular at airshows throughout the country, it is where they are maintained and kept in flying condition. The tours are guided and the guides are knowledgeable and engaging, telling lots of stories and imparting lots of facts. The other staff are really nice and friendly. There is a nice gift shop, the cafe is really good value, toilets are clean and fresh and there is plenty of free car parking
