I’m a regular flat iron patron and the vibes at flat iron is always amazing. But today I only went in for drinks. I had had a horrible day yesterday and just needed a calm relaxing drink by myself. The bartender Liz greeted me as walked in which I always take notice of; she was warm and inviting which is something I needed. I had a lovely Tony’s margarita and cider and that’s my go to at flat iron. It’s a lovely sunny day today so I think the mood was light and happy. I saw Kay who greeted me with a smile and beautiful eyes. I had a couple more drinks, one which was on the house accompanied by laughter and jokes from another bartender called Kaz(or Caz). These three lovely ladies made my afternoon and told me they loved and needed my energy not knowing how much they lifted my spirit that day. Thanks Flat Iron for always having hospitable staff who bring joy to those who need it on days like these.

Flat Iron is an absolute gem! The steak is always cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and incredibly tender. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
And let’s talk about the best part… free ice cream at the end! Nothing beats finishing off a great steak with a surprise sweet treat. Honestly, I’d come back just for the ice cream—but, you know, I guess the steak is pretty amazing too!
Highly recommend for a fantastic, affordable steak experience. Can’t wait for my next visit!

So disappointed, reviews looked great. I ordered wayagu beef steak and it was less than mediocre meat with knives that could not even cut.

Denzel was such a G, Amazing food as always, was definitely worth the wait.
Complementary popcorn on entry, and free icecream on exit, everything tastes high quality and well made. shockingly good value for money

steak was very bland, the little sprinkle of salt didn’t do nish, and chewy. the peppercorn sauce had a bit too much salt and was quite overpowering for my liking but it wasn’t too bad. however the mashed potatoes were very nice and tasty, would definitely recommend. overall it’s not too bad for the price but i wouldn’t go back.

It was my first time ever eating alone at a restaurant and I had a great time! The food was delicious, I had the best mashed potatoes and the steak was really good.
The staff were really nice, specially Elio who made sure that everything was ok!
I’ll definitely come back again next time i’m in London!

Great food, lovely ambience but most of all what made dining here so special was Elio our server he was so friendly, attentive, mindful with my shellfish allergy, he recommended the best drinks to go with our meals. Will definitely return 💯

Visited Flat iron yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Maria our server). Service was fast and attentive. Food came out hot, quick, very tasty, and cooked perfectly. Got a free ice cream as well, which was really nice.

This is actually my first time to try flat iron and I was really impressed of how amazing the service it was
First the restaurant is beautiful inside.
The service was beyond fantastic. Mariia welcomed us and ensure we were well taken care of. From explaining the menu to offering her suggestions, ending with the birthday Prosecco offering which I have never expected that. I had absolutely great time!!!
