Lovely!! My children were so happy to have their favourite crumble made and served by Maya. Maya was really friendly and helpful and put together the best crumbles for us to enjoy. Thank you Maya, we will be back again ❤️

Absolutely loved this humble crumble. I had hit the one with apple and cinnamon and it tasted 10/10. Place is small but you can pay at the kiosk and eat outside on the benches, lovely place to visit for a desert.

We have been in the humble crumble a couple of times, but today Aisha made it special, she was so patient and caring, she made some suggestions and made me try a bit of the fruits for their new special tiramisu, so I can make a better choice.
She deserves a raise 💯and I wish there would be more workers like her, who understand client’s needs.
Thank you Aisha to be so kind and make our experience better than other ones💐

Amazing! Visited here in February 2025 as a couple. The crumble was amazing with a range of different tasty options to choose from. Marshmallow was so good, custard was perfect and crumble was one of the best I have ever had. Crumble was amazing! The staff were welcoming and friendly and service was super quick. The décor of the place is modern, trendy and funky. If you wanting a dessert this is a must! Highly recommended! Loved it.

Customer service could have been better. The lady was super dismissive, answering everything with one word answers. Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Had to practically beg for a bag ? Told my crumble can’t be put as a takeaway as it will melt the lid. Crumble was fantastic, just a massive shame about the service.

Had a great visit. The crumble is delicious (ai got the Tiramisu special) and the staff are lovely, especially Bert who was so welcoming and helpful! Will come again 👍

Absolutely worth the trip! The place came highly recommended by some friends and I can see why. Amazing, delicious crumble: we had the classic with a creme brûlée topping and it was simply divine.
Fantastic customer service from Bertie too and made our night. A must visit for visitors with a sweet tooth!

Best crumble in London! I loved the apple & cinnamon but what really excites me is their own twist/specials that they add to crumbles! Payal was excellent and made every effort to guide me through the choices! I will definitely be back to try more!!

Great delivery, service, athmosphere. Only thing: I expected the apple and crumble to be hot, at least warm, and only the custard cold, but that might have been wrong expectation?

This is very overrated.
I got the creme brulee custard with the original apple and cinnamon.
The brulee tasted burnt and they put such little custard that the crumble was very dry and quite hard to eat.
It looked really nice but I’m afraid the taste was disappointing.
Would not come back.

It is good. I can understand the hype with all the extras and toppings they place on the crumble. We actually tried the simple apple and cinnamon crumble and it was good. Not amazing or wow, just good. In fact my girlfriends apple crumble obliterates this from the water. I think the big draw is the Instagrameable hundreds of add-ons they put on that draws away from the crumble itself. If you go for the crumble, don't bother, if you are going for the instagram moment and the hundreds of add-ons, then this is your place
