Was good but my pasta took 10 minutes longer than the other people on my table...I just ordered Spaghetti.
But it tasted great! So 4*.

2 and a half stars for every hour we waited. An hour and a half in the virtual queue, which was already annoying, but we made sure to be there on time so we wouldn’t miss our slot. Then it was another full hour to wait on site. I’m not sure that the virtual queue actually did anything as we seemed to be the last seated of the night. It’s a shame because the food was good and the staff who spoke to us seemed to be trying their best, but this system is not fit for purpose.
This was on a Wednesday evening. We joined the queue at around 6:15 and weren’t seated until after 9pm. I hate to imagine what it’s like on peak evenings.

Très bonne cuisine italienne, choix mets et vin bien pensé ! Un service agréable. Nous y avons mangé deux midi d'affilé, un vrai régal !

Greatly enjoyed the food. Been meaning to go back but I’ve not had the chance.
My only complaint is that it’s a bit claustrophobic, but I guess it keeps the prices low.

It’s quite loud in there… but the wait is worth it for some of the best pasta in London. Service also tends to be good.

Everything was perfect. Waiters were so nice and efficient despite the rush, pasta was one of the best we tried. The room was a bit noisy during lunch but we still could hear each other easily. Thank you, we had a great time!

I was shocked at how busy Flour and Grape was. Just before payday on a Monday evening. I can see why. The food and drink was delicious. They have a couple of unique approaches. 1. You can't book. There's an app where you can join a queueing system. You can also grab a drink downstairs whilst you wait. 2. They don't automatically add service to your bill. So take cash to add to the tip jar.
Will be going back again!

Hands down one of my favourite restaurants in London. Food is superb and a great price for the quality. Every single time i’ve been i’ve been blown away by the dishes. Cannot recommend enough.

Had a delicious Italian dinner at Flour and Grape, delightful and fresh pasta!!
Would definitely recommend for some authentic Italian pasta, especially for its Fazzoletti and Tiramisu. Although its a small menu, everyone seems to have had a good time on my table.
The restaurant has a nice wine bar in its underground, chill vibe and perfect for an inexpensive date.

We had to queue for a while and when we were seated there were crumbs on the table. The portion sizes were small, the pasta was too salty and the tiramisu was quite soggy. The meatballs were nice and we liked the ambience but we wouldn’t rush back considering the price

Had a lovely evening last night, food and service was amazing. Special shout out to our waiter, didn’t catch his name but he was the tall guy with dark hair working downstairs! Will definitely be back soon

I had the Carbonara, Ravioli, and Beef Ragu pasta. Every dish was delicious, and almost every staff member was genuinely kind—except for the receptionist. Her attitude towards customers was so rude that the thought of returning to this place makes me uncomfortable. She was unapologetically condescending to my partner and me, as well as to the couple seated next to us. Her behaviour was not just unprofessional but outright hostile.
I understand that Valentine’s Day dinner is one of the busiest times of the year, but after waiting for a few hours, the experience was deeply disappointing. The receptionist left such a negative impression that, despite the excellent food, I would hesitate to return.
