We stayed in the coca cola room and absolutely loved it. We went to splash landings, the theme park. Played golf and as it was just after Christmas had the pantomime included. Brilliant overnight stay.
We ate in the buffet restaurant which was okay. Abit pricey for what it is. Food was okay. We also had breakfast there but that was included in our stay.
Fav part was the room.

Hotel was lovely, room could do with a bit of updating. Bar and seating areas nice great atmosphere.

Stayed as a Christmas overnight break. I've posted more on the site for the theme park.
We had a great time but it would be better for younger kids. Our boys are 14 and 10 which meant the kids beds were limited on size.

Very overpriced for a run down hotel with dirty rooms and rubbish breakfast. Purely booked for the convenience to the park as we came from London. For one night it was fine. The perks are early access to the park (1 hour before the park opens), where we were able to ride nemesis inferno 3 times without queues. Must also mention the easy check in and friendly staff at the hotel who make the experience that bit better.

First experience in the hotel. Stopped in the Gangsta granny room and the theming was amazing. Kids got a free book each as well. Room was very clean. Food was really good. Catered well for the kids and adults in the secret garden and staff were very attentive. Stayed for the Santa sleepover experience and although the weather was awful it didn't dampened our spirits and we had an amazing time. Shows were great as well.

Stay out the bar..........legal theft in this place........£12.50 for a Amaretto fizz........I'd feel embarrassed serving this.

Treehouses are fantastic, took the family for halloween had a great time, went to our tree house, chilled in the hot tub and ordered food in. Would definitely book again

A little bit dated in the Arabian nights room and it said champagne but we ended up with procecco and was meant to be chocolate, yip Cadbury buttons so yeah a bit disappointed. The hotel breakfast is good. Need to book it though and the entertainment was top notch at night. We didn't spend much time.in the room as we wanted to do night rides. The room was very expense for what it was

Lovely stay at Alton Towers Hotel. If I would mention anything is that the secret garden restaurant could do we some updating. But the food and service was very good.

Horrible place and then some of our party got stuck on the monorail to the theme park for over 2 hours when it broke down!!

Overall average and very expensive. Quality of rooms disappointing as not cleaned properly - nothing like finding dirty socks on the floor from previous Guests and thick layers of dust on the base of table....Cleaning standards really need to be improved, these are very expensive stays so Guests deserve far better! Catering is limited and average plus room service still stopped, which is a negative change and remains a step backwards.
