The amazing staff here made it worth a visit, especially the tall guy Teejay, what a proper laugh! The rooms were decent and spotless. Also ate in the restaurant and food was great too. 10/10 would stay again

The room is standard premier inn but it is right above a series of bars and restaurants so noise at night can be a problem but the staff are the biggest problem. I ordered a meal deal as part of my stay but when going for an evening meal the restaurant was abandoned. Waited for 30 mins and still no staff. After my stay contacted customer service who refused to refund my meal deal despite the video. So if you are considering a staying here be ready for awful service even by premier inn standards and avoid the resturant at all costs.

Stayed for one night in room 126 and it was a great large room temperature was brilliant as previous stays found room to be too warm for mature lady lol.staff extremely friendly. Room extremely clean. The only thing was felt the paint on the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint.but as it is would like this room again

Five minute walk to the Telford conference centre. Very convenient for event there. Right next to the shopping mall. And there are plenty of restaurants around to grab a bite

Parking in multi-storey car park which is adjacent, south water I believe, needs to be better advertised from the road as caused major delays to our journey

A friend of mine says how one always knows what you’re getting with a Premier Inn. This is so true and this is an excellent example. The meal deal is very reasonable and the breakfasts are excellent. The hard working staff are brilliant!

Good nights sleep first and foremost which is the main thing. We booked as a family of three and after a long journey needed a shower, unfortunately there were only two large towels. Also when checking in, reception seemed lazy and didn't even tell us the room number, instead we got told "your room number is on the card".

The room had internet issues, which we reported to the reception. However, nothing was done for three nights, and the connection kept dropping frequently. The room also felt cold. We informed the reception, and although they rested the thermostat due to an error, it was not fixed. Additionally, the hair dryer appeared faulty, sometimes working and sometimes not.

Super location amongst numerous restaurants and cafes. There is even a cinema very nearby.

We spent 3 nights as we were at a convention at the TIC. We would usually be in a competitors rooms. The difference in standards is amazing, the rooms are so clean, the bathroom is my biggest nightmare, but this was clean , no disgusting build up of dust and dirt in the corners, no unsettling rust and mould around the bath and shower fixtures. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to be helpful, we just ate breakfast each day which was freshly prepared and tasty. I noticed the cooks had facial hair which were covered with a net, so top marks there,too A very comfortable and refreshing stay, which we hope to repeat as this is a trip we make annually. Also, on other occasions we would prefer Premier Inn over others.

Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing, one of the main reasons for Premier Inn. However. One star for the corporate attitude to Internet and I will keep reviewing all hotels with miserable free/paid Wifi at one star until this improves. Otherwise, solid 5/5. This hotel is in the middle of a nice busy area with shops, cinema, entertainment, restaurants, close to a conference centre. It for sure has a Gigabit fiber. If not, someone failed miserably. The famous free wifi is 1Mbps down, 0.3Mbps up. That is 0.125 MB/s download speed. Are you aware that your own website is 2.9 MB with adblock enabled and 3.9MB with adblock disabled? That's 31 seconds to load your own hotel website. Are we back in 1990's? They used to have 7-day vouchers available for 15GBP (still a ripoff, but much more palatable), or a monthly for 35GBP. But no. In 2024, you have to fork out 5GBP per 24 hours for an ULTIMATE Wifi. What is ultimate Wifi? 8Mbps down, 1Mbps up, 70ms ping. Unbelievable. I am staying for 2 weeks for business, there is no way I am paying 70 pounds and jumping through the hoops of buying 24hours more each day 14 times (of course which will one day happen in the middle of a video meeting). It is 2024, this is unacceptable. I will rather put any kind of money towards mobile data plan and share my data with the laptop.

Room was standard premier inn, no problems. Reception staff was friendly enough. Location, probably alright in the week but made the mistake of staying on a Saturday night. Bar round the corner, if I’d want to listen to it all night / early hours of Sunday morning, I’d have gone in but I was actually trying to sleep.

The hotel is very well located, right next to the International Centre Telford. There are some nice restaurants nearby where you can have a pleasant time. The hotel is okay, and we'll likely return. However, they definitely need to renovate the bathrooms, as they look old and are not very pleasant.

It’s a clean and affordable place with friendly staff and located right in a middle of neighbourhood with many restaurants around. It is just across a very nice park. You have to pay for the parking though, but it is only 3£ per day. Also, internet is very slow and if you want a better speed internet, you have to pay.

Great location for all the restaurants. 10 pin bowling 🎳 is over the road along with the cinema 🎥

Dark and depressing - sorry but this one isn't that good - I will avoid. Lighting is poor and it just feels depressing. The room felt the same dim lite. I closed the door on the toilet and the bath panel fell on my leg. No injury but bad and when I got up to leave there was no one to tell so avoid room 15 or get it checked before you close the door and it falls on your leg or foot! I stay in the area often but not this one Sorry - not again !
