I have had a number of events here my mum and dad's 25th wedding anniversary renewal 15 years ago being the 1st and I love this place on Friday the amazing staff went above and beyond to help my partner propose every single staff member was so lovely cant wait to start planning our wedding here xx

We got married here January 2024, absolute stunning! The venue was out of this world & the staff were fantastic, the bridal suite was beautiful, we’re here for our anniversary as loved it so much x

It is a great atmosphere for group dinners, parties and weddings. They go to great lengths to ensure that their guests are well entertained. The meals were amazing.

Lovely, spacious, venue. We was at a wedding reception. Clean toilets 🚻, partner said, no coat hooks on the back of the door. Staff friendly, though bar staff seemed a bit confused, like where certain alcohol was, and working the till. Not a real problem, could improve. (I used to be a barman). All said, I would recommend this venue for this purpose.

Came for a wedding, it was presented lovely, really well set up. Rooms were clean and had all you want, tea+coffee facilities, TV. Gardens are nice. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially the ladies behind reception.

We had our wedding at the Plough three weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect. We had an outdoor ceremony and many guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. The support before the wedding was excellent, the team were very responsive and accommodating, and went above and beyond for us to make sure that the day ran as smoothly as possible. We had many comments on the day about how much the staff had done for guests, and absolutely recommend it as a venue. Excellent food, phenomenal DJ (Steve at A1 Discos and Events), brilliant day overall.

Review of Ye Olde Plough House My wife and I had the pleasure of getting married at Ye Olde Plough House on Monday, 19th August 2024, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. **Venue and Staff:** The venue itself is stunning—clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with character. We were particularly taken with the barn during one of their open days; it was perfectly set up, capturing the rustic elegance we were looking for. The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, making sure every detail was exactly as we envisioned it. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to ensure our day was perfect. Donna, our main point of contact during the planning stages, was fantastic. Her prompt responses to all our questions made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She ensured everything was organized down to the smallest detail, which allowed us to enjoy our day without any worries. **The Day Before and Day Of:** The day before the wedding, we handed over our place names and table setups, and the staff took care of everything from there. When we awoke the next morning, we were delighted to see that everything was set up exactly how we wanted it, despite there being another wedding the night before. Viv, who managed everything on the day, was a true star. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure we felt calm and reassured throughout the day. Her attention to detail and thoughtful double-checks ensured that our wedding went off without a hitch. **DJ and Entertainment:** We also want to give a special mention to Chris, our DJ, who was recommended by the venue. We booked him for the entire day, and he was incredible. Chris knew exactly how to read the room, playing the perfect selection of music during our sit-down meal and throughout the evening. The dance floor was always full, and our guests had a fantastic time. **Accommodation:** Our guests who stayed overnight were full of praise for the accommodation. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in one of the wedding suites and were thrilled with our choice. We opted for the modern suite, which was equipped with air conditioning, a luxurious rainfall shower, and a massage bathtub—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. **Overall Experience:** In summary, Ye Olde Plough House provided a flawless experience for our wedding. From the excellent service to the beautiful venue and top-notch accommodation, everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress-free, memorable wedding experience. **Rating: 10/10**
