Worst Premier Inn in the entire UK. Staff are are bone idle. Customer service is non existent. Room wasn’t cleaned, asking for fresh towel was if I was asking in mandarin, ordered food on night 1 which took 45 mins to arrive, second night waited over an hour then gave up and just left. Only 5 people in the restaurant so I just don’t understand how it could go all wrong.

Stayed here a few times for business. Fairly standard Premier Inn, nothing really to complain about but could do with a bit of an update. Parking used to be free, but a payment machine has now been installed. Finding a space also isn’t easy as the car park always seems over capacity, with cars often parking on the kerb near the entrance. There is a business park directly across the road where you can park overnight with no issue, but not sure if this would be acceptable during the daytime. Location is quiet, but very far from any shops or restaurants.

The hotel itself is what you expect from a premier Inn. Basic but done well. Bed was comfortable, shower hot and as expected, no one around for check in but the machines worked so no issue. Taxi into Warwick is about £8. The reviews where people complain about only having one key, you can request a second or create one yourself from the machine. Rooms are warm so it's worth setting the temperature before you go out. We didn't eat dinner but did sit and have some drinks in the bar. The personal hygiene and presentation of some staff working the bar needs attention. We opted to have breakfast but we'd left it a bit late (10:30am). No one explained what we had to do. We expected the hot food to be to order (as we had experienced at other premier inns) but it was a hot buffet. As gluten free I was given the allergen book and I ordered but then was told to help myself to the buffet. The buffet wasn't hot but I expect it had been there a while. After eating that (about 20mins after ordering) we were given GF bread and vegan bacon (didn't order that). I'd say things need to be clearer but for £10.99pp we had plenty of food.

Had a family room, unfortunately the connecting door allowed more noise through than other Prem Inn hotels I've stayed in. The main room was clean clean and tidy, however the bathroom was in need of a refurb, chips in the sink, mould on the ceiling and peeling paint on the skirting (room 3). The food was tasty, but could have done with being served hotter, chips were luke warm, so was the meat. Ordered the meal deal, clearer menus indicating what you get and what you have to pay extra for would be good Overall experience would rate as 6.5 out of 10.

This hotel is very well located and is generally clean, however the presentation and service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to return my evening meal as it was generally inedible. No recommence offer was made and service then became snail pace.

Room had full bin and was full of the previous guests take out containers, after first night I found someone else’s shirt in the cupboard. Asked from room to be cleaned and told it would be, it wasn’t. They got the address wrong on my invoice I asked them to change it and the lady on reception said that it isn’t possible, this is an obvious lie. The restaurant ran out of food the first night and the breakfast was grim. Very poor for the most expensive premier hotel I have ever stayed in.

We only went here for breakfast but the parking is terrible, the staff did not appear to know what they were doing, some of them had a very poor attitude and the cost of the breakfast is very expensive for the quality of the food.

We had to book a room for an overnight stay and we were appalled by its condition to say the least. There were brown stains on the walls, we didn't investigate what the substance was as we were terrified and the bathroom smelt of a strong urine odour. We didn't complain as we had 2 very tired boys and had just endured a 3 hour drive from London. Looking back I can't believe I stayed in that room for a night! I must add, all the staff were very friendly.

Would like to say thank you for a nice stay and a meal on the last night of my week at this hotel . I was served delightfully by Logan and is a keen member of staff with a great future in hospitality . ( thank you Logan for you awesome service and positive personality. ) The food was absolutely brilliant . And many of you other premier inn sites may want to take notes from these guys . Worst meal yet at this hotels restaurant. Mixed grill included a quarter chicken breast 10 cm of gammon most of which was fat and a chewy steak. Poor service, radio blaring out of the kitchen and staff standing around talking instead of working. I have stayed here repeatedly since the hotel was built. Initially it was a quality hotel but since the pandemic has really gone down hill.

It was an ok Premier Inn. Decent bar and restaurant inside. Great location for local sightseeing, I'd recommend one of the premier plus rooms, though, as is with most hotels. Nobody can ever BE QUIET through the night / early morning. Why, oh, why can't British people shut doors quietly? Decent size car park, although there were a lot of double space parkers and the disabled bays, 3 of the 5 were taken by non displaying badge holders.

Premier inn standards met. Friendly welcome, helpful when asked questions, prompt checking. Room clean and tidy as you'd expect. Parking was £3 per day, parking spaces limited. Had good breakfast, plenty of choice.

Terrible stay. Don't expect Premier Inn customer services to be any better if you need help resolving an issue. Book somewhere else, anywhere else! Useful for Warwick Castle, but if you've got kids, be prepared to go and get food somewhere else at the last minute. Place was a shambles when we arrived. Not enough staff, they closed the restaurant just before we were due to sit down because staff hadn't turned up. One of the guys who had turned up was really helpful with advising places to go to get food though. Turns out the duty manager had gone home early and left the guys on site to deal with it all. We'd booked a meal deal and for breakfast we were told the chef hadn't turned up so only continental was available but we'd be refunded for the whole breakfast amount. We were also told we'd be refunded for the dinner too. 2 days later and no refund, have waited 20 mins on the phone to be told we'd only get a refund for dinner as we had breakfast. Asked to speak to someone who could approve any type of discretionary refund. The lady went on hold, came back and said management said no. Not even willing to speak to me directly.

Avoid this hotel at all costs - it is shabby and desperately in need of updating. We had booked a room for one night with a meal deal package. We checked in at 3pm and booked our evening meal for 6pm. Imagine our surprise to find the restaurant closed due to staff shortages. Not knowing the area we decided not to go looking for a local restaurant so ended up having a packet of crisps each - it was also our wedding anniversary and the worst one ever! In the morning again no chef so the full English breakfast we had paid for was not available. Now trying to get a full refund.

This place is awful. They need more staff. Not run out of glasses in the bar. Not run out of gas in the bar so there are not draught drinks or coke etc. When we order food, actually bring the right food out. When someone complains about not getting their food and then being told they will sort it, actually sort it and not go home. Not be rude to guests. Don't close the bar early when its supposed to be open until midnight. Don't get told you can't eat dinner there unless you have bought the meal deal. Actually give steak knives and spoons to guests when they ask and not just walk off and not come back. Actually train your staff. Do not put someone who has worked there 2 weeks in charge. I'm never coming back to this hotel
