The service here is dreadful. No one seems to know what they're doing. We had to wait 20 minutes for a pot of tea - and it wasn't busy, staff were just chatting to each other. The food in the restaurant is sub-standard, and the table service is poor. We were left alone and had to wait a very long time for each course. The breakfast is also sub-standard, and when things run out they are not re-filled promptly. Eating here in general is not worth the money. The location is great, I'd recommend making the most of eating out around the local towns, for the same price it's much better in food and service. The golf courses appear fantastic, even though unfortunately we were rained off. The hotel rooms were nice, I'd prefer a bath but instead there are walk-in showers. Nicely decorated no complaints with the room or cleaning staff. Unfortunately the treatment from mostly friendly yet untrained staff throughout means the experience of a clearly lovely place was not as enjoyable as it could be.

We went for a complementary morning and the whole setup is fantastic. The reception, restaurants and changing facilities are all appointed to a high standard. The gym was well equipped. My only slight niggle was that there were only singletons on some of the machines. The views from the gym overlooking the golf course are stunning. The swimming pool and other facilities IE sauna and "bubbles pool" were lovely. Parking is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this gym and if I didn't live so far away I would join.

Was a member here for nearly 2 years then left as I wanted to go the gym with my partner. Always loved the car wash people here so came back to make use of that and keep their business running. Asked reception if I can buy a coffee, literally give them business too. Refused into the cafe so cannot even use the toilet or get a coffee and had to wait in reception area. They used to be pretty understanding and accommodating place so it's a bit disappointing to be refused a simple coffee. Especially confusing as when I did this once before they had no issue allowing me to buy a coffee. The rules always seem to be changing. When I was a member I will say the spa area is quite nice and a highlight for me. The gym was great when quiet but peak hours were not great and the weights area was always full at those times. A good gym overall but you may find it a headache with when you're allowed in and when you're not. Oh and the food in the cafe is extremely mediocre.

Awful experience. Booked to stay the 1st Jan 25 the hotel had changed the opening times of the Spa, closing at 16:00, and not informed me nor another customer booking in at the same time. All my email confirmations stated open until 22:00, even the final one received on the 29th December 24. We were able to use the Spa for 1 and half hours however the place was absolutely packed and you had to queue to use the sauna or steam room. Following morning at 07.30 we were woken by a person revving a leaf blower directly outside our room waking us and several other guests. Staff couldn't care less. Manager equally so. Attempted to claim compensation and was offered a free upgrade if I booked another room to stay again (I'd have to pay for the room). The upgrade consisted of a sofabed in the room or a view of the golf course. After stating that wasn't really compensation, manager ignored all other communication. Book elsewhere.

Went on the range one frosty morning, had a delay opening due tk the cold, but the man in the shop kept me informed throughout and was very helpful, I have visited a few times to the range and always have a warm welcome. Will visit again soon.

The Warwickshire Hotel and Country Club I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Warwickshire Hotel and Country Club, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Situated in a stunning country park, the hotel offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and picturesque surroundings, making it an ideal getaway for families and couples alike. One of the standout features of the hotel is the free parking, which is a fantastic perk, especially for those traveling with children or a lot of luggage. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and the modern decor throughout the hotel is stylish and very much on-trend, creating a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The on-site leisure centre is a real highlight. With a well-equipped gym and a lovely pool, it provides plenty of options to unwind and stay active during your stay. The snack bar is a great touch, allowing for quick bites between activities, while the bars, coffee shop, and restaurant offer a variety of dining options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the coffee shop – it’s a perfect spot to grab a caffeine fix and take a break. The golf course is another gem of the property, set against a backdrop of beautiful landscapes. Whether you're an experienced golfer or a beginner, the course offers a wonderful way to spend the day outdoors. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a contemporary feel that made it cozy and inviting. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, and I appreciated the modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of options. However, I did notice that there were some delays in replenishing certain items, which could be improved. It seemed like the hotel was quite popular with families, as there were many small children around, adding a lively and cheerful atmosphere to the dining area. Overall, I had a lovely stay at The Warwickshire Hotel and Country Club. With its excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, and family-friendly environment, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. Just a few minor improvements in service during breakfast, and it would be a top-notch experience. I look forward to returning!

My stay at Warwickshire Country Club and Hotel was delightful. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a sauna, steam room, pool, and gym. I particularly enjoyed alternating between the sauna and the outdoor sunbeds, even in December—it was wonderfully refreshing. The hotel room was immaculate, with modern furniture, a walk-in shower, and excellent lighting options. Dinner was enjoyable, with my chicken curry being tasty and the breakfast buffet offering a good variety, including a full English breakfast and pastries. The staff were outstanding—special thanks to Barbara at reception, who provided exceptional assistance. A perfect place to unwind, and a tip for spa-goers: bring a £1 coin for the lockers! Highly recommended.

The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club, located near Leamington Spa, offers a comprehensive conference centre ideal for business events and meetings. The venue provides modern facilities, including well-equipped meeting rooms and event spaces, complemented by picturesque surroundings. Guests have praised the friendly staff and ample parking, enhancing the overall experience. In addition to conference amenities, the club features two well-maintained golf courses, leisure facilities, and on-site dining options. While the leisure facilities are excellent, some guests have noted that the food could be improved. Overall, The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club's conference centre is a suitable choice for hosting professional events, offering a blend of functionality and leisure in a serene environment.

I stayed 2nts for work. Beautiful hotel, very clean with lovely quiet room (56). Pool / spa area are fabulous! Lovely sauna, big jacuzzi & hot/cold shower. I had dinner in the restaurant on the first night, lovely service & delicious food (curry). I also worked from the bar / cafe area whilst waiting to leave for the airport and had my lunch here. Chicken burger was sensational and service was good. Only minor point is that on check in, I received no information about the hotel e.g restaurant times, pool times / usage or how to access or where to get towels etc. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed overnight for a conference the next day. I had dinner and breakfast which was served with a smile and the food was good. I would recommend the restaurant rather than eating in the bar, it's much nicer and the service was great. Overall the experience was good. My only complaint was the overly hard bed. I didn't sleep well.

Stopped here on impulse as I needed to be in area, lovely location, impressive greeting and helpful staff, rooms were excellent fir the charges, walk in showers, which I'm surprised are not in more hotels, comfortable beds. Had a few drinks in bar, staff very good, quiet place. Breakfast was good, food was typical of buffet breakfast and staff again excellent. Recommend this to anyone stopping in Warwick and not much more than your basic usual offerings as they had spa facilities I didn't use. One mark down only, you can't get out of carpark easily as the barrier has to be buzzed, don't let that spoil visiting though

2 night stay for a short family break. On arrival we were told that there was no water at the hotel but it should be back on soon (3pm). No toilets available, checked in as there seemed to be no other options. Informed that spa facilities and pool was still open. We checked in and decided to drop our bags off in the room and head towards the pool. Room was a nice size, disappointed that for the price of the room there was not a small drinks fridge. 2 bottles of water in the room were warm. The bathroom had a strong drain smell, which we managed to later trace to the shower. Tea cups and kettle for making drinks, however one of the spoons had been used and had a tea stain dried mark on. We headed to the pool after getting changed we found the toilets locked and had to head back out to reception to locate a toilet for my son before going in the pool. Childrens pool was closed off, the main pool was available, which we used. After exiting the pool we checked back at reception for an update on the water. I completely understand that this was out of their control, however the lack of organisation and plans in place was not reassuring. Lack of updates and offer of bottled water, with no updates on use of toilets. Later in the evening we eat at the bar with a reduced menu at the, again due to lack of water and used plastic cups. The water was restored later in the evening but felt the lack of updates and no offers of compensation. In the morning we attended breakfast at 8.50, a full hour before closing. To turn up to a breakfast room in complete shambles! Empty tables with no cutlery, empty pastry tables, empty hot food section, no glasses for juice and a broken coffee machine. Unable to restock as they had ran out o doe items.Extremely disappointed. We stayed for two nights and the breakfast on the second day was slightly better, still missing a few items but seemed a little quicker to restock. A very disappointed stay.

Can only give praise, the club is clean, there is an abundance of fitness machines and the service is great, especially in the adults only bar - very well run and a relaxing place to retreat to after a days work, especially to the spa..✔️

Overnight stay playing both Earls and Kings Courses. Both are great layouts. Although were aware hollow tinning of greens had occurred, it must have been the worst I've ever experienced - aren't the cores supposed to be filled with sand? Be good yo experience in the summer.
