Very clean, tidy and comfortable.Breakfast has got to be world class. Friendly relaxed atmosphere with nothing too much trouble for Brian and Abby. We will definitely come back. EDIT09/09/22 Just returned from another short stay at Seaview, and again everything was perfect.Brian and Abby excel at what they do. Many a hotel would struggle to come anywhere near their standard. Best wishes to you both for the future, Ian and Michelle Barber.

From the moment you arrive you're welcomed in as if you've known them for years ,so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for Brian and Abby, the room we had was immaculate with a terrific sea view and waking up to Brian's Full English breakfast was amazing and great quality and sets you up for the day, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ wished we could of stayed longer,enjoy you're retirement but after knowing you both for such a short space of time you'll be a huge loss to the Seaview guest house ,thanks to you both for a great stay,Paul and Sam

We had an amazing room with a beautiful view, decor is gorgeous and two lovely hosts. Food was cooked to perfection. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

Just stayed at seaview fri sat 7/5/22. What can I say it was faultless. Good hosts lovely room great breakfast. Very good location with lovely views. Thanks to you both we will deffo be returning. & would recommend to my family & friends. Thanks again Brian.

Lovely guest house. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable room with a seaview. Nice walking distance to all amenities, free parking, lovely breakfast, comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Been for 4days, been going here for 19yrs, everything is immaculate from the rooms to the breakfast, the Parkin cake is lovely and especially the hosts Brian & Abby. They make you so welcome and nothing is to much trouble.Definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for everything. See you next year. Sonya & Ian Chesterfield

My wife and I have recently returned from a short stay at the Seaview, and unfortunately due to work commitments we had to cut it short, The owners are lovely, the rooms are lovely, (and quiet), The breakfasts are to die for. I would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the owners:)

We just arrived back after a 4 night stay at sea view guest house Brian and Abby make you feel so welcome the rooms are lovely and spotless and clean the breakfast is brilliant with so much choice cooked to perfection and Brian’s homemade Parkin is delicious thank you both once again Diane and Peter

Just got back after staying a few nights it was our first time staying at the Seaview Guest House & it was fabulous. Brian & Abby were true gents who were very polite & greeted you with a very warm welcome. The rooms are excellent & the breakfast is to die for we will be defiantly seeing them again next year. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, what a fantastic guest house, it has a wonderful position with amazing views from our room, Brian and Abby were wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble, our room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and had some lovely extras like fresh fruit and Brian's homemade parkin. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, we will definitely be staying again.

Everything was perfect! From the initial greeting to the farewell our stay at the Seaview couldn't have been better and the view was fantastic! The hosts Brian and Abby were lovely and the room we had was delightful. Lots of positive words there but that's how it was. Beautiful flower arrangements were plentiful, lots of quirky wall art and attention to detail contributed to a perfect stay. On arrival there was fresh fruit and water in the room fridge, a personalised welcome card and some of Brian's homemade parkin! Breakfast was a feast and beautifully cooked, there was fresh fruit and cereals and fruit juices. Preserves, and there were many of these, we're all made by Brian and we're delicious. Advice on buses and the locale was welcome as this helped us plan our days. The photograph was taken from just outside the building at daybreak.. Thank you for our lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely guesthouse! The views from room no 7 are breathtaking - you can see the abbey and the harbour. Brian and Abby are perfect hosts! Breakfast was delicious and you find a large variety of homemade jams.
