Excellent stay at the Premier Inn, in early January, 2025. Premier Inns are generally Premier Inns, but this one had a nice touch. It was clean, as most are, but had a nice feel about it. Staff were also brilliant, doing everything they could to help. (We requested extra pillows, and they were brought to our room in minutes) We were also warmly greeted both on arrival, and on leaving the hotel. The little things, make a big difference. I've gave the location 4 Stars, only as it's a little bit out from the city centre. As it happened, we used the Beefeater twice, which is right at the hotel, and it was also very handy for the Ice Hockey, (and bar, McD's etc) just 5 mins up the road. Would definitely recommend a stay here 👍🏼

Very handy to get to when travelling north. Rooms are warm and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond.

Very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean, but beyond all the staff were brilliant at a very difficult time after a hospital discharge, arranged interconnecting rooms, helped with everything we needed. Great breakfasts also. Many thanks to the staff, Jada and her team were fab.

Have visited this location several times over a number of years and reception staff are first class unfortunately the restaurant staff this time need a course in customer care and enough to say we will not be back, it's a pity but leaves a rotten taste.

I was given a Premier Plus room. £138 for 1 night. Price varies every day. Coffee machine, walk-in shower, kettle and tea, air-conditioning, huge bed... Car parking. Next to a Beefeater restaurant. Quiet. Geniepoint EV car charger in the carpark and at the roundabouts before and after the hotel on the A90.

Correct verblijf in een goed hotel dat dicht bij de A90 ligt. Niet erg grote parking maar we vonden een plaats alhoewel we redelijk laat waren. Correcte kamers en badkamer, goed bed. Beefeater restaurant in hetzelfde gebouw, matig-OK

This is the second time I have stayed here and this time in a premier plus room. The hotel has had a refurb and is really nice. Room was excellent and very clean. Will be back next year when up seeing family.

This was our favourite Dundee hotel Until Monday night Booked restaurant at 19.00 arrived 18.50 Put to 2 seats right beside toilets Asked to be moved after 20 minutes sat there With no one taking any drink order The so-called waiter then said I need to look for another table The place had about 6 people in it Got up and walked out The restaurant manager needs to train There bloody staff better Disgrace I will never stay their again

Para nosotros, fue más que suficiente. Buena relación calidad-precio, hay aparcamiento, habitaciones amplias y limpias, restaurante al lado. Mención especial a la recepcionista que estaba el 15 de junio por la mañana, encantadora y de mucha ayuda. Seguramente volveremos.

Are minus stars possible??? Service was so slow, It took 1.3 hrs to check in, But could have did it immediately for extra money 🙈 Was told to sit in restaurant while we waited to be checked in, the server in restraint said we shouldn’t have sat down, I had to push to be served at all, Crazy way to deal with public, The manager was SO rude after I had 1 towel in a double room and requested another, Other staff didnt help at all! 6/7 times were disturbed in the AM by 1 MEMBER OF STAFF WALKING RIGHT IN THE ROOM WITHOUT EVEN A KNOCK!!!! Checkout time was confirmed AFTER SAID TIME HAD PASSED and when I told manager we had been told zero info about this, she was very argumentative, saying I shouldn’t assume any time, INDEED! WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED AT CHECK IN OBVIOUSLY, but that was done by 2 diff staff so they need training for sure!!!! Reiterated that the Manager was VERY VERY rude and super argumentative! I left feeling so anxious and frustrated at the service, this just is not right!!! Will never return to ANY premier inn after this absolute horrible stay! And this Dundee west also have ‘sorry signage up apologising for work being done’, BUT no discount and the Most basic room for £129 for less than 20 hrs stay, So without enough towels or any shampoo or even a tissue to use, also no connection to receptionist! Nothing but horrible service and not so nice staff, BAD STAY I’d have rather slept in the car!!!

This is my first time here and all i can say is am shocked for the room and price there is so many things wrong with the room the bed feels damp the bath had no bath mat in the bath for my partner that has disabilitys no slip mat either and the amount of bugs i have found dead on the floors and bits of popcorn and 2 live crawling on my towel and one on my top i feel sad and dissapointed the railings in shower were dirty and the bed quilt has a old blood stain on it aswell as yellow stains on towel and called the morning befre arrival to ask if could have a fridge for my partners insulin to be told cant do anything for u and then to top that of i asked for a manager as im appauled at such litte help friendlyness or service i then was told there isnt a manager to spk to today i so eventually was told u can use staff fridge which still didnt happend when arrived also have no fone in the room incase u need to call reception and when u go no one is at reception ...still at point wasnt offerd the fridge staff room for the injections and no email adress like when u book some where else so no way of getting throught to them ....bath with no step or slip mat to get out of bath after shower ....partner struggled and hurt his ankle im so shocked and will be reporting this in the morning how they can expect so much money for so little is shocking the location is terrible had food in the restaraunt it was nice but well over priced there was and is still a dead fly on my window squashed which was there when i arrived unfair is putting it politley i would like if someone sees this to get in touch with me i did pass reception earlier after dinner on the note and on day of leabing but no one was there while i went for some milk :( and today reporting it still no one at reception and again waiting on them calling how disgusting to be treated like this and the hygene is shockin in the room i had i really hope someone can wb to me thanks u

Not the best experience we had with Premier Inn very disappointed with it didn’t get room made up receptionist didn’t ask us if we wanted it done fast smell floor to the restaurant or sticky and so the tables definitely wouldn’t stay there again
