Abbiamo cenato in questo locale durante il Lucca Comics, fermandoci totalmente a caso. Ambiente molto carino e raffinato, personale cordiale e disponibile, peccato che il rapporto qualità/prezzo sia pessimo. I primi avevano meno di 80 gr di pasta e non erano molto conditi mentre le tagliate di carne non sembravano essere più di 150gr. La qualità della carne era buona, ma la cottura e' stata sbagliata 2 volte. Abbiamo chiesto una cottura al sangue e prima c'è arrivata media/cotta e, dopo varie richieste di sostituzione (chiesta anche e soprattutto a causa del costo eccessivo per le porzioni arrivate), e' arrivata sbagliata di nuovo. Peccato perché la carne sembrava di qualità. Appena usciti abbiamo comprato le focacce al Pam di fronte perché eravamo tutti ancora affamati.
Conto finale: 133 euro per 3 primi , 2 tagliate e 1 bottiglia di vino.

Went for dinner the other evening with 7 friends around 8:00pm. No booking but they had plenty of room inside and outside. Unfortunately both the male and female hosts (front of house) were bickering from the time we arrived and they were also bickering with the head waiter. Service was very slow, the food was OK but they didn't provide plates/oil/balsamic with the bread. Overall disappointing ... many others nearby much better.

Byliśmy w tym Bistro kilka lat temu razem z mężem i wróciliśmy w tym roku. Jedzenie było wyśmienite, nie było typowo turystyczne, ale takiego szukaliśmy. Raczej dla smakoszy. Przemiła obsługa, pyszne wino i fajny klimat, dziękujemy

Przemiłe miejsce, bardzo serdeczna atmosfera. Byłem kilka razy ze względu na smak kilku potraw, które zapadły mi w pamięć. Polecam miejsce a szczególnie kuchnię. To jedno z tych miejsc, do których chce się wracać.

It was fine and the service friendly, but nothing to write home about. Packed full of loud American tourists (which in fairness is not the restaurant's fault). Good coffee and reasonable wine list, especially choice of half bottles.

My wife and I have been to Italy numerous times and this was by far the worst meal we have ever had. We ordered the pappardelle ragu and the polenta cinghiale with a bottle of rosso montalcino. The ragu was like hamburger with sauce from a can, the polenta had sat under a warming lamp, and the cinghiale was covered in grease. We chose a wine from the list they could not find and brought us a bottle that had soured. We left the food on our plates, the wine only partially drank, and paid our 86 euro bill. Other than the food and wine, the place was fine. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to let readers know. We are not very picky people and generally embrace all kinds of experiences. However, eat here at your own risk.

We waited 10-15 minutes for a waiter and 40 minutes for our starter from when we sat down. When i complained, the waiter told me its not been 40 minutes, i will go and check when you ordered!! He came back to tell me it had only been 30 minutes from when we ordered.!!! Main courses were another 20-30 min wait..... they never apologised or offered anything from the house. Never in all my 50 years of travelling have had such bad service...... there are many places in Lucca, i suggenst to try something else....

Siamo andati in coppia,per mangiare una pizza Margherita ,ma la delusione è stata tanta,era una gomma,in oltre il sapore era inquinato dal gusto di olio al tartufo,che non gradiamo assolutamente.
Probabilmente dalla rotella adoperata per pre tagliare le pizze di un tavolo vicino che le avevano ordinate.
Pagato troppo 40 € per 2 semplici pizze e due birre piccole! Croce!!
