The Museo della Croce Rossa Italiana in Campomorone, Liguria, is an important cultural institution dedicated to the history and activities of the Italian Red Cross Society. It was opened on November 22, 1986 and is located on the second floor and attic of the local Red Cross Society building.

The museum has eleven exhibition rooms, 39 panels in the staircase, and showcases with documents and artifacts used by the Red Cross Society during the two World Wars. Particularly noteworthy is the extensive philatelic material, including postcards and letters to and from prisoner of war camps or in search of missing soldiers, as well as valuable photographic documents. The attic houses an exhibition that faithfully recreates a hospital and other military rescue scenarios, with 500 recorded, described, and cataloged objects, as well as around 200 others that are not yet on display.
