Amazing size hotel room in a good location. Receptionist wasn’t kind on the phone call but she was nice in person. Arrival form is over complicated and causing inconvenience for guests. I filled that one immediately when making the hotel reservation but received an email on my check-in date that I still need to fill it in. Poor customer experience. The downside of this hotel is the noise level, it can be noisy. I would recommend this place to people who are not so sensitive to noise. Maybe a good place to stay after a night out with friends. Overall, good value for money 👌

Lovely place to stay while in Bergamo. The location is ideal, the rooms are big and very clean. We had no trouble with the access as the instructions were easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again.

The room is very nice and comfortable, in a nice location, very close to two large car parks and 5' walk from the cable car that takes you to the upper town, which can be reached on foot in 30' if you don't want to queue for the funicular. All in all, a very pleasant stay. However, there are a few things that could be improved. There is no desk service at all: the check-in is fully automated (which is generally fine, except that some of the procedures need to be refined, as the same information is requested more than once). In addition, to enter the building and then the apartment hall, you have to call a toll-free number, using the same number you used to register. This is inconvenient in many ways, because firstly, only the person with that number can enter the room (even though the apartment is for free people). Secondly, the mobile phone with the registered number can run out of battery. I would have preferred a different method of access. We also found a coffee machine and kettle in the room, which was very welcome. However, many of the tea bags were open (without the protective paper envelope). Also, a bottle of water in the fridge was found open and partially drunk.

Una fantastica soluzione per un soggiorno bergamasco. Una posizione assolutamente perfetta a pochi metri dal Sentierone. Le stanze sono spaziose, ben arredate, il materasso è comodo come i cuscini. Davanti all'ingresso due grandi parcheggi a ore. Da consigliare

B&B bellissimo..... posso dire una delle stanze più belle pulito, moderno ,profumato,letto comodo bagno bellissimo con una vasca meravigliosa che si vede dalla stanza con una vista bellissima stanza silenziosa la proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile sicuramente lo consiglierei a occhi chiusi da ritornarci

A great hotel. One of the best I've ever been to. A very clean, comfortable modern room, everything is cozy and imbued with love for the history and culture of Italy and its guests. The room has a coffee machine, a kettle, free coffee capsules, tea and water, it's so convenient, cozy and nice. You can take a beautiful interesting book on the history of Bergamo from the bookshelf and leaf through it over a cup of coffee. The room has a large comfortable bathroom with everything you need and a balcony. Excellent location, eight minutes' walk to the funicular and it will take you to the beautiful old Bergamo. There is inexpensive convenient parking near the hotel. This is convenient if you are traveling by car. Convenient and clear online registration and receiving access keys without a reception desk. The hostess Leila is always in touch and ready to help. Many thanks to her for the warm welcome and the pleasant opportunity to have a good rest before flying out of Bergamo. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport by car, without traffic jams and worries.)

A wonderful apartment, very clean and well equipped. The furniture was quite new, felt more like a home rather than a hotel room, so that’s a bonus! The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great, in a quiet area and close to the funicular on one side and the central area on the other.

This is an extremely clean and well~maintained room. It was a nice mix of modern with classic elegance with plenty of interesting material, a nice coffee machine, tea pot all loaded with tea and coffee capsules, and a couple of cool bottles of water in the minibar fridge. An added bonus was a nice balcony overlooking the street and city towers.

Consiglio a tutti questa struttura. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ambienti puliti curati e gestiti con amore. Tutto perfetto! Posizione strategica Gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Leila. E’ la seconda volta che soggiorniamo e sicuramente ci torneremo

I can't decide what I appreciated more. The quick (literal minutes) responses to emails, the great location, the amenities and how spotless the room and bathroom were. Leila, your host, is so kind. Check in is automated, so no exact arrival time, needed. Covered Parking is 10 meters from the building enterence. Max 15E/ day. We will stay again.

Excelente experiencia. La habitación es hermosa y amplia, estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo necesario y más (aguas de cortesía, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico), además de un balcón con bonita vista. La atención fue permanente y muy amable. Agradezco mucho la posibilidad de dejar mi equipaje un rato más dentro del apartamento, ya que gracias a eso pudimos encantarnos con Bergamo y ahora tenemos muchas ganas de volver. Lo recomiendo 100%

Abbiamo trovato questa soluzione cercando un alloggio a Bergamo. Sicuramente non cercherò altro in futuro. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, accoglienza super organizzata da grand hotel. Camere arredate con gusto e raffinatezza. Pulitissime e dotati di tutti i servizi anche accessori come coirtesy set in bagno, ciabattine, possibilità di fare tè e caffè in camera. Prezzo proporzionato ai servizi forniti. La proprietaria è venuta personalmente a salutarci alla partenza. Grazie Laila! Complimenti e alla prossima.

Apartament spełnił Nasze oczekiwania. Położony jest bardzo blisko centrum do koleji Funicolare di Bergamo 7 minut pieszo. Bezproblemowy Check in, bez udziału właściciela co pozwala na zakwaterowanie nawet o późno godzinie. Przystanek autobusowy obok. Gorąco polecamy.

Exceptional I wish I could give a higher score for the host Leila. We stupidly locked ourselves out of the room and it was late. Luckily we could contact Leila and she has thought of everything in the event of things going wrong for guests a quick call and she had us back in the room in minutes. Also arranged taxi to airport for us as we couldn't get one. Bus station is 10 minutes walk also. The room was beyond my expectations spotless, modern, the most comfiest bed in all our stays in Italy, amazing shower and bath, spacious, great air con, I could go on and on. All I'll say is don't hesitate to book you will love it! When I revisit this will 100% be my 1st choice.

Lepszej lokalizacji trudno sobie wymarzyć: pokój z dużym balkonem z pięknym widokiem na stare miasto, a jednocześnie jeszcze w centrum, wszędzie blisko, zarówno stare miasto jak i centrum handlowe i gastronomiczne. Budynek mieści się przy placu, więc nie bezpośrednio przy ruchliwej ulicy. Przystanek autobusowy na lotnisko mieści się naprzeciwko. Pokój czysty, bardzo dobrze urządzony, wygodne łóżka, obsługa przemiła. W pokoju ekspres do kawy, zapas wody, kawy, herbaty codziennie uzupełniany. Pokoje są sprzątane codziennie, łącznie z wymianą ręczników i pościeli.
