Fantastyczne miejsce. Jesteśmy zauroczeni. Klimatyczne pokoje, świetna lokalizacja, pyszne śniadania, bardzo pomocna obsługa, super miła Pani podczas śniadań. Bardzo czysto, ciepło i cicho. Polecam szczególnie dla rodzin. Organizacja w hotelu też perfekcyjna

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dogodna do zwiedzania miasta. Obsługa hotelu była niezwykle pomocna i uprzejma, a pokoje czyste i schludne – idealne na rodzinny pobyt. Śniadania były małe i dość skromne, ale smaczne. Polecam ten hotel dla osób ceniących wygodę i dobrą obsługę.

Skvelá poloha, milý a priateľský personál, raňajky dostatočné, osobne nám chýbalo jedine maslo. V prípade potreby bola k dispozícii aj spoločná kuchynka. Pohodlná posteľ. Izba bola dostatočne a pekne vybavená.
Nevýhodou bola studená podlaha na izbe (dlažba). Ak nechcete chodiť obutý, odporúčame vziať si so sebou papuče. Taktiež okno nie úplne dobre tesnilo.
Ale celkovo hodnotíme tento pobyt pozitívne a určite odporúčame 🙂

Lovely hotel in down town of Bergamo located near all the cute bars/shops/restaurants.
Old building saves the charm of the past - you can feel like a princess there:)
Very delicious breakfast and good coffee.
Friendly staff (especially one lady from Belgium - she made me feel like at mom’s home during the breakfast❤️)
Disadvantages of the hotel: very cold at room (beginning of December) and a/c couldn’t be changed to warmer temperature, max 20C
Also medieval style stairs that look great unless you need to carry a heavy suitcase.

Excellent hotel to stay in Bergamo and exploring around this part of Italy. Hotel has good location with walking distance from the sity center and bus or train station. We had superior bedroom with king-size bed, and room was spacious, clean, with small kitchen, and very comfortable bed. Bathroom is big and well equipped. Breakfast is basic, but ok. The most important about this hotel is staff, especially Arriana. She is soo kind, pleasant and helpfull person, thank you Arriana !

Velmi zajímavý typ ubytování. Pokoje jsou různé,my měli č.1 - mezonet ( okna bez výhledu,ale pokoj velmi čistý a dobře vybavený ) a také v 1.patře č.12 - s kuchyňkou,sdíleným prostorem jídelny, lodžie a větší kuchyně - pokoj s malbou na stropě. Vše čisté, vše fungovalo, zrenovované👍🏻. Spikojenost. Snídaně dostačující, prima obsluha.

Es un hotel raro, que utiliza distintos espacios en varios edificios. Se accede por un portal a un patio, y para llegar a la recepción tienes que subir 3 escalones para volverlos a bajar, cargando las maletas. Fuimos tres parejas, y nos pusieron a cada uno en una parte distinta, incluso en un edificio dos portales más allá, siendo esa la peor de las habitaciones, con una ventana a un muro y sin limpiar por debajo de la cama. Nuestra habitación era grande, pero tenía 2 ventanas en el techo que no se podían abrir. La otra habitación, en un primer piso con un ascensor con llave que nos dejaron utilizar para subir el equipaje pero no para bajar. El desayuno mejorable. Sin personal por la noche.

So beyond disappointed. The towels left in our room while we were out for dinner were dirty and the shower was broken. There was a sign at reception that they would be available until 10:30pm, but no one was there at 10pm and when I called the # on the sign to inform them of the issues they said would only help for emergencies and hung up on me. The AC doesn’t go below 75F either so on a hot day it really didn’t help much. At breakfast they offered us new towels but 1) we were checking out and 2) new towels don’t help if the shower doesn’t work. Given the other positive reviews I was very excited for this stay but after one night we left severely disappointed and frustrated.

Mi valoración en general NADA BUENA. Ibamos tres parejas y las habitaciones cada una en un lugar del edificio diferente, pero la nuestra.... Fuera del edificio.... Dos o tres edificios más abajo.... Atravesando un soportal llegabas a un patio interior donde justo en la esquina habia una puerta de aluminio y esa era nuestra habitación... Increible. Lo peor es q aunque aparentemente la habitación estaba limpia, no era asi. La alergia a los ácaros del polvo, es un detector infalible... El picor de garganta y de ojos a los cinco minutos de estar dentro... Me hizo buscar... Y encontré.... El frontal de la cama en el suelo y debajo de la cama... Horrible, lleno de pelusas, polvo, pelos!! Y una gominola q no pude acceder a quitarla y un trozo de funda de preservativo... Que si limpié. Si, me tocó correr la cama y ponerme a recoger las pelusas y fregar hasta donde pude.
El baño con una ventana que daba a un muro de ladrillo y piedra sin posibilidad de ventilación.
En fin, si vais a este hotel y os dan la habitación 14 ya sabéis lo q os toca.
Yo di las quejas en recepción porque el lavabo estaba atascado y no se vaciaba el agua. El chico me acompañó para arreglarlo y ya le enseñé las fotos para q viese q no m estaba inventando nada.
El desayuno.... Bueno... Regular.. Pero me importó menos.
Yo soy siempre de poner reseñas buenas, pero me parece importante si algo pasa así el decirlo también, aunque sea para puntos de mejora.

Nous avons logés dans un appartement 2 chambres avec une salle de bain salon er cuisine le wifi marche parfaitement
A 15 minutes du funiculaire pour aller dans la vieille ville
Manque peut-être de ventilateur par temps chaud
Nous avons aussi pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel bon et convivial bonne accueille
Personnelle au petit soins
Le petit balcon nous permet de voire de merveilleux coucher de soleil

Bien situé, hôtel/chambre propres et bien équipés. Accueil chaleureux et personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner bon et varié ! Je recommande, super expérience à Bergame.

De dame achter de receptie is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De dame van het ontbijt helaas niet ( tenzij je Italiaans of Frans spreekt). Ontbijt bestaat uit taart. Als je daarvan houdt zit je goed. Naast taart is er oud stokbrood om te roosteren en een beetje yoghurt. De grote loft kamer heeft geen ramen die open kunnen en waardoor je naar buiten kunt kijken. Je zit “opgesloten”. Handdoeken in de badkamer zijn oud en versleten, worden niet vervangen gedurende je verblijf. Helaas geen stoelen op de binnenplaats of een andere mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. De locatie is geweldig, je loopt binnen 10 minuten naar de oude stad. Boek er een parkeerplek bij, dan sta je voor €10 per dag in een parkeergarage in de buurt.
