We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pollicastro Boutique Hotel in Lecce. The property and our room were so beautiful; incredible art and tastefully furnished and decorated. The location was wonderful; pretty much walking distance from everything we came to see. And the service was great. Luca, Mike and Yulia took wonderful care of us. We felt that it really mattered to them that we have a good time, and we definitely did. Pollicastro will be our Lecce home whenever we travel to Lecce. Valerie & Casey Fukuda

Stunning! So impressed with this hotel! This hotel is gorgeous! And the price was very good. The decor throughout is very classy and the setting is the historic stone along with updated plaster. The lobby area had a coffee and wine bar along with a lovely lounge to sit in and an eating area for the breakfast. The room was very spacious and extra table/counter space to use our laptops, look at maps, and enjoy our coffee in the room. The bathroom was large and had a very good amount of space for our toiletries. Our room had two balconies--the balconies were small but cute and had an excellent view of the beautiful street. The rooftop garden was so amazingly beautiful--we we enjoyed that space several times to have our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The location is excellent--from the hotel you can easily walk the whole of Lecce's old city and tourist sites. There is valet parking offered or park a short distance away outside the residential use zone. All the staff spoke excellent English and were very willing to help. The breakfast was very good with pastry and cheese options. Some boutique hotels in Italy do not a front desk--this one did--which we really loved. They closed the big front doors from dusk to mid morning to be safe but with the front desk there, we could get out/in without any problems. The valet service was quick. This hotel is right in the heart of the historic area across from the San Mateo Basilica which we could see from the roof and balconies. It was the very clean area of town. We stayed in November so the city and hotel were very quiet. We highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. The hotel is a former palace, and the owner, an artist, put so much thought into the designs. Everything is so beautiful. The rooftop garden is spectacular, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff is top notch and the breakfast is wonderful. We've been traveling a lot and never stayed in a place that is so special.

An Amazon hotel experience (luxury) inside the walls of beautiful Lecce. We were greeted by the lovely and sensational Selena, and had breakfast hosted by the kind and friendly Luca. The location is perfect to have only a short walk to many restaurants and bars and also an easy walk to the main shopping area. A five star experience! VictorB

Napravio sam krivu rezervaciju umjesto za 10 mjesec,rezervirao sam za 1 mjesec.Hotel je bio pun. Djelatnica nam je pomogla da nađemo hotel u blizini i pomogla za povrat novca. Želim se zahvalit svim djelatnicima na recepciji za pomoć u vrlo neugodnoj situaciji pošto je bilo društvo od 6 ljudi. Svakako ću se vratit u ovaj hotel uskoro. Još jednom hvala osoblju na recepciji.

This may be my favorite 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location is ideal in Lecce - even if you have a car as they offer valet parking. The hotel itself is gorgeous with thoughtful historical and design-forward aspects throughout. My room was also fantastic and the rooftop terrace was perfect to relax on after lunch with a book. Delicious breakfast. Evening turndown service. Incredibly helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the Pollicastro for 4 nights last week with 2 other couples. It was a beautiful family-run hotel with wonderful staff and gorgeous art by the father of the owner. It was in a perfect location in Lecce and ideal for exploring the city or day trips. We have traveled a lot and have rarely stayed at such a special hotel. The breakfast was also lovely and they prepared special food for my husband who is gluten intolerant. I rarely write hotel reviews and have to rave about this one!

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and interior. Rooftop area could be used more with some amenities provided but our weather wasn’t good. Service exceptional and especially from Francesca- thank you. Breakfast a bit average.

Pollicastro is an outstanding hotel! I truly think this is one of, if not my favorite hotels I ever stayed in. The location is perfect, central to everything you want to see in Lecce. The ambiance and decor of the hotel is unique, stylish, and truly beautiful. The staff, Francesca and Yulia, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. When we entered our room, my jaw truly fell to the floor! I had to double check how much we were paying for our stay because I was afraid I left off a zero! Our room was so amazing in fact, I FaceTimed my mom and woke her up to show her the space 😂 I told her if I ever get married I want to book the whole hotel for our friends and family! Our room included a beautiful bottle of Prosecco, Yulia made amazing dinner recommendations, and we had delicious cocktails made by Victor. Such a special first day in Lecce! To start day two, the included breakfast was excellent and a beautiful way to start the day in this stunningly historic city. While our stay was short, Pollicastro and Lecce were the highlights of my Italian vacation. I am already looking at dates for when I can return! Hotel maravilhoso, com ótima localização! Atendimento impecável. Mesmo no centro histórico, pode-se chegar com o carro. Possui serviço de valet. Super recomendo.

We just spent 4 days at the hotel. Spectacular service hands down. Never have I stayed at a hotel with exemplary staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend a stay here. Will return.

An extremely old set of buildings that have been highly art directed to create a new 12-room hotel. Each room is different. Everything is combination of metal, stone, wood and dramatic lighting. One of the best breakfast spreads ever. An extremely attentive/responsive/charming staff. Our room was 30 sm with 12’ ceilings, minibar, lots of storage, stone floor, queen bed, lounge chair, table w/chairs, 10’ high French doors to small balcony looking out on street; TV w/BBC & CNN; roof terrace w/ lounges and lots of seating areas; large bathroom w/rain shower + handheld; terry robes; Only criticism - lighting too low for shaving/make-up.

I had a quick 1 night stay in Lecce before I heard home through Rome. This place was an absolute dream. Very artistic and boutique oriented. So many lovely spaces and breakfast was 10 out of 10!!! I loved staying at this beautiful hotel!

We had an amazing stay at Pollicastro Boutique Hotel! The staff was so welcoming and professional. We had a car and the valet service made it so easy for us to get around. The hotel is beautiful and the room was exceptionally clean. The location is wonderful centrally located in historic Lecce. Would highly recommend!

Je vais souvent à visiter la vieille ville de Lecce qui est magnifique "la Florence de Pouilles" je découvre cette hôtel magnifiquement transformer ! je demande de le visiter ils était super sympa je visiter que le rez-de-chaussée ! je vous le conseille !! moi ma prochaine visite à Lecce je vais essayer !

Ótima localizado dentro do centro histórico, estacionamento com serviço de manobrista fornecido pelo hotel, porém cobrado (justo). Acomodações maravilhosas, porém ficamos em uma suíte que tinha uma escadaria muito ruim pra chegar nela, essa é a principal dica, escolha uma suíte bem localizada dentro da hotel… café da manhã ótimo, equipe atenciosa e hospitaleira!

the manager ignored the SMS without responding about availability the manager was rude to me and was intoxicated. I couldn’t develop thoughts and answer questions clearly. I don't recommend it
