It's alright like any other shopping centre it's dying out now no where near as many options to shop but overall it's better than the high street

It used to be a good centre but now has 20 empty units (Aug 2021) and with Debenhams and M&S now closed, 3 of the 4 anchor tenants have gone and the place is starting to look like a ghost town. Such a shame for the small retailers who depended on the footfall they generated.

Good layout and facilities. Unfortunate that a lot of the big names stores have closed. This is a reflection of the times and not solely on Banbury

Nice and light and airy. Everything you'd expect of a modern shopping centre (including a few empty units).

The new area is a great idea, shame the one food stall I tried was garbage.

Variety of shops by the canal side. Nice and clean. Not too busy during weekday afternoon. Walk through the museum shop to the museum and vice versa.

This is a good town centre shopping mall with lots to offer - check out Lock 29 for a great variety of food and drink. Just outside is the renovated canal area with great entertainment and restaurants. There is good multi-storey parking with a car wash on the ground floor as you drive in. It's great to see some of the Mall's empty retail space being repurposed or taken up by retailers again.

Half the shops are empty, such a shame. Not much to go there for anymore.

I was surprised to see Christmas decorations still around, wasting electricity.
