This is a good Premier Inn but the surroundings are a disgrace. The roads around the services are appalling: potholes, unlit, poor signs. If you park up and wish to go to more than one of the various retail outlets you have to deal in total darkness with heavy trucks parked all over the place (and explicitly where they shouldn't be). Getting from the Starbucks/Wendys area to the Premier Inn involves taking your life into your own hands among the trucks or clambering through trees and shrubs in the mud. It's about time the various retailers and Whitbread (you are all making a shedload of money out of this service area) put pressure on the site owners to start behaving responsibly and put in proper footpaths, signposts, lighting and traffic wardens to sort this mess out before someone is killed. As for me, no, I won't be back despite both the Premier Inn and the Brewer's Fayre being good places. fwiw, the staff as the both those places and the Starbucks agree it is a total mess.

The rooms are clean and basic, typical Premier inn , you know what to expect. Check in fine, but frequent periods of reception not being manned. Location is pretty poor, but convenient. Food at the adjacent pub is exceptionally poor- please eat somewhere else!!

Stayed here for a week and had an excellent stay. Reception staff were brilliant. Rooms could do with a fresher up and some TLC, but regardless of that they were clean and presentable.

Situated on retail park with filling stations signed to Services, its easy to miss so Services sign is helpful. Usual Premier Inn experience, good sized room, clean, quiet altho guests coming in at midnight forgot to be quiet! Plenty of parking altho car park almost full overnight. Ruubish service from Brewers Fayre next door but fast food & M&S outlets nearby

Really lovely clean hotel and friendly staff . Comfortable and slept well. Extremely helpful staff especially David who went above and belong to make our stay as positive as possible .

A perfect place to stay for one night on a tour. Room is tidy, Aircon quiet, staff very nice and breakfast tasty.

I have work so i’m often in this hotel the staff here are amazing and very accommodating the rooms are clean and spacious (twin room if your wondering) great options for food burger king, mcdonald’s and a garage if needed. would recommend to stay.

Room was unbearably hot, despite not being that hot outside. A fan was provided but was weak and loud and didn't make much of a difference. This hotel desperately needs air conditioning. The room itself was relatively clean in the main areas of use, such as the bed and bathroom, etc, but there were a lot of cobwebs around the edges of the room. I normally really like Premier Inns, but I wouldn't recommend this one and won't stay there again unfortunately.

We stayed here on our way to Great Yarmouth. It was a good hotel with a pub right next door. The rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing that let it down was it had no air conditioning. And we were there in a heatwave. They did supply a electric fan, but that didn't really do much. So didn't sleep much that night.

Sorry guys it's just too hot. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and there's isn't much choice in terms of other hotels. A mcodnalds around the corner and large garage. Large free car park at the rear but the rooms were unbearable hot. They Need AC.

Room was 30 degrees Celsius all night and there was no way to cool it down. Feels unreasonable to sell a room to a family of four (two young kids) without also mentioning this.

Great stay, the lady and man who work reception are very kind and helpful, really make you feel welcome. The room was perfect and extremely clean, very impressed. Unfortunately not in the easiest location but if you drive which I do not it's much easier. Lots around to eat though. Unfortunately did not book 2 nights because it was so good, which was my fault.

Rooms quite,but so hot,even though fan is in room and duvet was heavy like chain mail. Very hot uncomfortable night,not good for next days long drive,had to ask for towels as only one set in room . Handy place to stop for our journey but does need Aircon.

Hotel good value for money clean and comfortable dining facilities limited menu and pub closes very early with no where else to go

Handy for our trip south. Rooms as usual up to premier inn standard. Went for dinner in the adjoining Brewers Fayre! Had to wait an hour for a table, then were told there was a 45 minute wait in the kitchen which we were not told about initially. Had I known we would have ventured into Huntingdon!
