Absolutely amazing experience for all the family and I cannot stress enough how incredible the staff are there. They helped us so quickly with an issue with our tickets and at the end all played games with my little boy and he was thrilled, it made him feel so special! Have already recommended to all friends and family and would definitely come back!

What a wonderful attraction for Paddington Fans! Get your tickets in Mr Gruber‘s Antiques Shop, move on to Paddington Station and from there to Windsor Gardens and help Mrs Brown and Mrs Bird to prepare for Marmalade Day.
I won‘t spoil your visit by telling you more … only that much: It’s definitely worth visiting! Have a wonderful Marmalade Day 🐾

My little boy loved the experience and I was quite taken with it as well. All the staff were great and the ones who were meant to be in character were fab. The station was quite noisy at the beginning when the actor was speaking to our group so we couldn't always hear out what was being said. Half term is busy but it was very well organised in therm of getting people in and moving.
The tour and what we did is well thought out and all the kids who were part of of tour seemed to have a great time.
My main thing like a few other comments I noticed before booking was that when you come to the party at the end, unless you have prepared food prior to going you have to pay £5 for a marmalade sandwich. For the price of the tickets, even a quarter of a sandwich for the kids in the group would create a more 'street party' atmospher for them to sit and have together. The orange hot chocolate was a hit so worth trying if you're a fan.

Absolutely amazing from booking enquiry to the says goodbye. Ladies did brilliant performance, entertainment and it felt as if we stepped into Paddington movie. Loved it! Well done team

Our children aged 7 and 10 really loved this experience, the set is brilliant but the actors created a great atmosphere, and involved the kids and adults to help along with activities throughout. It’s definitely worth a visit.

We flew all the way from California for this experience! It was beyond our imagination. I thought it was more of an open format where the kids could go wild, but to my happy surprise- it was structured and so immersive. Everything was great and fun for the adults too! I haven’t experienced anything like this in the states. It was worth the trip for our paddington bear loving toddler!

Great time at the Paddington Bear Experience with my son who enjoyed doing the various activities in the kitchen or jungle. The actors are doing a great job at entertaining both parents and children. You are not allowed to take any pictures once the experience has started. It is just slightly overpriced,especially as the tour only takes about 40/45 minutes. You have to wait for about 15 minutes before starting it.

Fantastic! This was a present to me from my daughter, I have collected Paddingtons for many years and have original
Ones from the 70’s. Did wonder how it would be having no children with me, didn’t need to worry. It has been created with no expense spared and is brilliant. Shame you couldn’t take photos especially of the talking one at the end . Definitely glad I came.

Brought my autistic son as a birthday treat. We got accessible tickets which were very reasonable and he had a great time joining in with all the activities. He loved getting to meet Paddington and trying his first marmalade sandwich. I enjoyed it too.
