Worst Indian I have ever had, chips ,can't even describe what they looked like. Curry dishes, bland. Everything just made of oil. Literally it was the worst Indian I have ever had. When you can't tell what something is, it's not good.

During our visit at Grange leisure centre we been here and Food was so yum we have ordered paneer Jalfrezi , tadka dal , garlic Naan and tandoori roti however Naan was bit sweet we didnt like it however they have replaced with Tandoori roti so highly recommended for vegetarian people as there is no Indian restaurant in Alford mablethrope

It was extremely expensive....
The location is good with parking beside the restaurant. The interior decor is quite nice with nice tables & seating. Staff aren't very chatty & are barely polite enough to talk with only 1 quiet thank you all night from them, (so the manners need a lot of work.) The food tasted nice but beware of the prices of starters & drinks especially. Fizz is £4-£5 for a small 1/2 a pint or a pint of something you can buy in Aldi for £0.26 with much more drink available in Aldi (2 litres.) Our 2 poppadoms with 4 small dips/sauces was £8 something (so you can imagine the bill with the drinks alone would stack up quickly.) For 2 people, it cost close to £60. About £15-£20 more than most restaurants & there was a black hair on one of the poppadoms & not head hair size! I wouldn't visit again for a few reasons. The price is eye watering & so I'd be surprised if anyone visits more than once to be completely honest. It had only us & 1 other table being used by other people too on the weekend in the evening, so I'm sure their prices are being noticed & are putting mostly everyone off. It's a shame because it could be a lot better.

I have had two takeaways from Asha since moving to the area and on both occasions the food was delicious. I used to live in Leicester so I know what a really good curry tastes like and Asha ticks the box.

Held a work leaving gathering here for approx 28 people. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious food, varied menu, good portion sizes. Ali was very friendly and did great cutting the cake! A bit chaotic end of the evening when coming to pay for drinks. Cash only under £20. Can only pay on card if I over £20 and most people's drinks didn't come to over £20. People commented how expensive drinks were, particularly soft drinks as most people driving. Recommended and would visit again and try other dishes. Parking nearby.

We ordered chicken tika masala, it was nice but the sauce was a bit curdled but nice either way. But the issue was the chips, you would think, you can't go wrong with them, but here we are. Oily, oily, soggy, no good. Curious if it was just with us, or is it how they make it...

Had a lovely staff meal at Asha tonight. We were a very large group, but everything was very well organised so that all the food arrived correctly. Staff were very friendly, and the service was fabulous. Food was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will visit again. Thank you

Tried the restaurant today and it was amazing as a family that has been to Mumbai and had the true authentic experience this was very close to being in India 🇮🇳

We are staying in kenwick park lodges and had a delivery so can't rate the atmosphere but the food was good rated a four based on the chips were a little dry and my wife says the korma could have been a bit more sweeter I had a lamb tikka Balti which was bang on the service was a little late but I guess the driver took his time along the icy lanes up to our lodge so understandable all in all very nice curry and would definitely recommend

I come from bradford i grew up on curry and since been in louth for 4 years i havent been able to have a proper fresh curry until now asha is the best curry house in louth perfectly cooked nicely spice the taste took me back to when i was younger i would give 10 out of 10 if i could thanks .. ABSOLUTLY DELICIOUS .

I'm sorry but my wife and I found it very disappointing.
Spices and chillies should be cooked. Not just added last minute because we asked for the dish to be hot. This was after requesting the starter to be hot and it wasn't. But we were given a small dish of sweet chilli to dip the tasteless pakoras into.
Not sure where the roti came from. Certainly not fresh .
As I reluctantly paid the £60 bill I was asked if we enjoyed the meal.
When I said it wasn't has we expected I was surprised to be told it's not possible to make a meal taste home made in a restaurant.
The staff were friendly and seemed surprised when we didn't want to take all the food we left home with us.
One annoying point is don't be seated near the toilet. The waiters keep their putting there serving trolly there and it gets annoying every time they swing it past you.
I don't like giving negative reviews and understand each to their own.
All I can really say is we will not be eating there again. But others I'm sure will continue to be regulars.

I have just left there and thought I had to leave a review. The 2 staff were very very welcoming and took the time to have a laugh with my kids. Now onto the food, The food was hot and and tasty and the place was very clean . Thank you and now you will have us coming back as regulars. ☆☆☆☆☆

One member of staff was quite grumpy. The food was rather bland and dissapointing. Side dishes were a large portion.

Absolutely shocking service. I would avoid this establishment like the plague. We placed a £100 order for delivery, it took over an hour and half to arrive and an entire persons meal was missed from the order. We reported this to the staff who said they would deliver the missing food. After another 45 mins we called to see how much longer it would be and got a rude response from the staff, who called us liars, denied offering to send the food, refused a refund and didn’t even apologise. Needless to say we will never be using this disgusting place again. We will be reporting them to trading standards first thing on Monday.

Bad service miss full meal off offed refund or to send missing meal asked 4 meal as was a guest as we had friends ova spent ova £100 to be lied to saying thay sent food to we dint answer phone 5 times all lies then dont apologise just yes no to us on the phone like thay wasn't bothered avoid like covid 😡😡😡
