Staying 2 nights . So far rooms great . Food outstanding . Recommend duck or the steak . Side dishes extra . Was so nice and portion size good . Drinks after perfect !! Can't wait to sample the breakfast .

A lovely welcoming atmosphere and great staff greeted us and were helpful throughout. The breakfast was large, fresh and well presented. Price wise it was comfortable also. The location and parking were great too. Thanks all.

Excellent christmas lunch, warm and friendly welcome, welcoming bar staff, very attentive waiters, nothing too much trouble, and all done with a smile, excellent meal, couldn't do justice to the amount of food served, and had to give mince pies a miss.

We called into the hotel for a drink and to warm up an a cold Saturday lunch time, my friends sat by the warm fire whilst I went to order drinks. Absolutely the worst server I have ever had in my 55 years she did not speak just looked at me after each drink I ordered to the point when I went to pay again she just thrust the machine in front of me I said “you do t speak much” to which she replied she was not feeling well, as I paid my friends said she rolled her eyes at me. No please no thank-you and her attitude appalling I can’t believe a senior manager did not notice Suffice to say I will not be returning. Its annoyed me all weekend so decided to post Visited Saturday 21st December

The only meal clearly labeled as vegan actually wasn’t as the waitress said. Not good enough for 2024. Vegan options are incredibly easy to provide, no excuse to not have them on the menu

We only drank in the pub but the staff are joyless, the interior naff, the coffee terrible, the menu expensive. Very typical expensive, rural hotel.

We had our family christmas meal here last weekend. Service was brilliant can't rate it enough! Food was standard batch food but was still great! We were given the small dining room by ourselves which was a real treat! The only downside was the really drunken people right outside thoroughly yet loudly enjoying the festive season! But some awesome christmas jumpers spotted!!

My partner and I had dinner here a few weeks ago & I am still thinking about how fantastic it was. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious! Would recommend popping in for a lovely lunch or dinner here.

We have just been on a coach day to Morton in Marsh and were taken back to Snooty Fox for tea. The tea was included in the trip. Thought it would just be jam and cream scones. What a lovely surprise we had. First came a variety of sandwiches followed by jam and cream scones followed by a variety of cakes and as much tea and coffee as we wanted. Staff very polite and friendly.Fabulous day with both Chauffeur Coaches and the Snooty Fox. Thank you all very much.

Mi dispiace dare una recensione negativa ma non mi é piaciuta la loro assistenza. Dopo esserci resi conto di aver lasciato una cosa in camera (la sera stessa), abbiamo chiamato, mandato e mail...e solo il giorno dopo siamo riusciti ad avere due contatti telefonici...entrambi senza esito. Non mi interessava se avessero "perso" l'oggetto ma almeno rispondermi se fosse stato trovato o meno. Entrambe le volte ci hanno detto che erano molto occupati e ci avrebbero richiamati a breve...nulla! Purtroppo abbiamo perso parecchio tempo dietro a questa storia. Bad experience with the costumer service. We forgot an item in the bedroom and we phoned as soon as we realized it (the same evening). Nothing... We sent e mails...nothing... The day after, after like...20 phone calling ,they answered 2 times. Both of them, they told us they were too busy and that they would recall us as soon as possible...I'm still waiting. (From the first and the second call, passed like 5 hours). I didn't care about the item but they could tell me if they found it or not. I wasted lot of time

What a wonderful experience Steve was so accommodating what an asset he is to the Snooty Fox. Food was absolutely delicious well presented and not expensive at all . Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back 😀

The manager, Steve, offered dismal service. I was seeking 8 rooms and called direct, spoke to the manager who said yes, he would provide a group rate. Silence, so I called again, "yes he said, I am nearly complete, you will have an answer shortly." Silence. My next call was ignored. We found The Highway in Burford, who graciously welcomed us

My husband and I have just returned from this establishment after celebrating our wedding anniversary. I booked via Virgin Experiences. After some haggling & discussion over rooms availability and being told I must pay for a certain room with Virgin voucher, the sale's member said "to save him the bother I could have what was described on the deal details" If the rooms are available to book on a 3rd party site like Booking.com, then why should I have to pay for a room upgrade I don't want. He told me they standard rooms we not available. I checked via a few 3rd parties & I could book. I felt they just wanted to make the extra as a commission. Fair enough if they were fully booked, but they weren't. Anyway... We got a lovely ensuite 1st floor room. Checked in a 3pm. Nice welcome. All the F.O.H staff were excellent. No lifts available. Pretty Inn. Clean. Lots of rooms. Bars. Resturant. Outdoor seating. Fantastic central location. On road parking free after 5pm(1hr) until 8am(1hr) move your car by 9am. Or 1 min walk behind a reasonable pay car park. The rooms have kettle/tea/biscuits/coffee/hairdryer/iron/fan. There are plenty of usb/plug charging sockets. Wardrobe & T.V. The bathroom had a jacuzzi & shower. Very warm room. Quite. Take a clip to close the slight gab in the curtains & we lay a towel by the door as the hall lights stay on & shine under the door straight in your face 😁 Maid service & room service. Comfortable firm double bed. Good pillows. Breakfast from 8 am until 10 am. Ours was included. Full English breakfast was £13.50 Cereal/Toast/Pastry £9.95. Coffee £3.20. It's a bit pricey, I thought. For your choice of eggs, bite-size hash brown x2. 1x small sausage, 2 bacon, half a tomato, 1 medium mushroom and a tiny pot of beans & 1 slice of black puddin It was hot & very tasty. Just a tad tight on items for the price I feel. Maybe adding a whole tomato & a few mushrooms & more than 1 spoonful of beans, & an extra sausage would make it feel worth the price. If you want Tetbury central, then this Inn is ideal.

Excellent, fresh food in very comfortable surroundings served by friendly professional staff at very fair prices. Thoroughly recommended! Yet another excellent Sunday lunch today. The restaurant was full but the quality of the food was still fantastic. The vegetables were freshly cooked and the ingredients were clearly of the best. The friendly, professional service was maintained despite the numbers of guests. How do they do it?! Again, thoroughly recommended! Thank you all! Christopher.
