The drinks are always good at slug and lettuce and I love the vibe but the service here isn’t the greatest. I was at the bar and people kept getting served before me even though I had been there a while. Other than that I do love this slug and lettuce I’d just rather do table service that going up to the bar as it was very very slow.

Caitlin was absolutely the best person to have bottomless Brunch with- she takes waitressing to the next level and we’ll absolutely be back, primarily for her!
That said, the bottomless at Slug and Lettuce was actually amazing and is always our fave spot!

Came for Dinner one night, drinks were unique and good value. Food wasn't anything special but good quality.
Did Afternoon tea a couple of days later. Again, nothing special but the service we had was some of the best we've had in a while

We came with a party of 13, ready for a good time. This is guaranteed by our legendary waitress Becky. She puts the legend in legendary. If the staff were our meal, Becky was the main course. I have never in my life had a server so amazing. Incredible service give this woman a raise. Legend honestly. I would die for this woman.

the service we received was exceptional. Our server, Becky, went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure all of our needs were met without us even having to ask.
From the moment we sat down, they made us feel welcome and were quick to take our orders, offering great recommendations for both food and drinks. They checked in regularly without being intrusive and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal.

Although this venue is absolutely stunning, I wouldn’t be leaving a review if it wasn’t for how amazingly we were treated by Kirsten and Caitlin. Lovely people who made us feel like family. Me and my entire party were Instantly obsessed with place after being treated with so much care by these lovely people. This was my first time to York, and I cant wait to come back! ❤️

Came for a 20 person bottomless brunch on a busy Saturday evening (30/11), our server Kirsten was absolutely amazing. Brilliant service, all 20 drinks were always full and great food.
