It's the cleanest, most comfortable, and best hotel I've ever stayed in Europe. What was impressive was that the hotel room was very soundproof, so it was very very quiet. The water pressure in the shower was very very strong like a Japanese hotel, so I was able to wash up happily. The location is also located right at Dundee railway station, The staff is kind, too. so everything is perfect.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the train station, no need to even cross the road! While the room is small, it’s spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The 24-hour reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. A great bonus is the 25% discount for parking at the nearby Greenmarket car park, adding even more value to your visit.

Stayed over Christmas while visiting family, couldn't be happier, the room was spotless the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower excellent.

No parking. Rude staff. Tried charging my card a few hundreds of £ after i left the hotel. When i called to ask why they try to charge my card with out letting me know. They claimed i smoked in the room which is a complete lie as i have never smoked in my entire life and i also have asthma. Plus they said that they can do that without my consent. Outrageous!!!

I must say, the most friendly staff I have encountered! The location of the hotel is surprisingly just few footsteps away from the train station. I’m definitely going back!

This was quite possibly the nicest hotel experience I have had - certainly for quite some time.
The room was lovely, the ambience was friendly and the staff were lovely.
Also, the location (the same building as the train station) could not have been more convenient).

TERRIBLE TO PARK AT. Drove around for 20 mins trying to find a place to park, finally when i was able to get out and ask, they sent us to a parking garage down the road. No parking on premises, park at the green market parking garage, it’s the only place they validate for. The hotel is Hard to get into, and then you have to take stairs all the way up to the reception desk, because the elevator only works with a key card. The rooms are nice, but the shower doesn’t close, so you get water everywhere, and they don’t take out all the linen, and clean it before the next person, they only clean what is on the ground…. But it is right next to the VA MUSEUM, 5 min walk

It was one of the best hotels I stayed at, a great location, super approachable staff, kind and happy to help.
Recognition to Emily at the reception desk, she went above and beyond, the same goes for Nikola of housekeeping team.
This was my second time staying at Dundee Sleeperz and I enjoyed every day there. The breakfast was a great start of the day and after eventful adventures it was nice to come back and relax in the comfy beds.
The hotel is being kept clean top notch and it is seen throughout.
It's definitely a great option if you're staying in Dundee for longer.

Perfect location for exploring dundee. Spacious rooms, clean and well presented. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Good viewing area at bar area. Very quiet even though above the station.

Such a pleasure staying here. It's my go to hotel while I'm in Dundee. Stayed here first time in 2023 and came back again this year. Rooms are very comfortable and cosy. A/C works a treat and showers are so relaxing. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Had a great view too! Can't wait to come back again.
