A great little restaurant. We both had pasta and a shared salad. Delicious! Service was friendly and warm. Atmosphere was cosy and snug on a cold winters evening.

Posto molto carino e cibo di buona qualità, i pici cacio pepe e tartufo nero, accompagnati da un buon calice di Merlot, mi son piaciuti

Per fare dei Grandi Piatti non serve una Grande Cucina. Chef ben organizzato e che conosce il suo mestiete, che in poco spazio, con ingredienti di prima qualità, prepara piatti eccezionali. BRAVISSIMO.

Unexpected gem. When it started to rain we stopped at the nearest restaurant. Very lucky it was Des Arts. Atmosphere was cool and relaxed. Service was friendly. Food was delicious. Wine, mozzarella & tomato insalata, ravioli with ricotta and spinach (yum!), tagliatelle with fungi ragu (also yum!), tiramisu and coffee (triple yum!).

Fuimos ayer a comer a este restaurante y la experiencia fue desastrosa. Mi pareja pidió spaghetti carbonara con trufa, estaban rancios y sin sabor. Yo pedí risotto con azafrán y bacon, y no estaba bueno.
Pero lo peor fue el servicio, ya que tras 20 min nos comunicaron que cerraban... ¿Lo podrían haber dicho antes no? Al igual con la comida... ¿Ven los platos sin terminar, y no sé preguntan por qué? Lo único bueno, la CocaCola tras una larga caminata por Lucca.

We have travelled all around Italy for the last 3 weeks and dined in many restaurants, this evenings meal is by far the best meal we have enjoyed. The simple starter if bruschetta was perfect, followed by 2 pasta dishes again full of flavour beautifully presented which led us to to order our favourite dessert of tiramasu which we believe is the perfect end to a very good meal. We received a tiramasu with a slight twist which only made this dish even more perfect. The service was friendly, polite and quick. Excellent Excellent Excellent thank you so much.

Charmant restaurant au centre de Lucca. La cuisine est très bonne, la carte affiche un vaste choix végétarien, et le service chaleureux. Ambiance musicale parfaite et salle très "cosy".

Miejsce klimatyczne, dobre wina. Dobrze było posiedzieć przy drinku, przeczekać deszcz. Mimo że obsługa miała przerwę, nie wyłączyli nam lampy ogrzewającej, mogliśmy sobie w cieple posiedzieć i poprzyglądać się ludziom spacerującym pod parasolami. Nic tu nie jedliśmy, więc ocena za jedzenie trochę na wyrost, no chyba że mówimy o drinkach, to ocena jest ok.

Ce petit restaurant offre une cuisine de qualité er un service bien agréable. Bonne musique et joli cadre, de surcroît. Une bonne adresse pour un dîner dans le centre historique de Lucca.

Uno dei ristoranti peggiori dove io abbia mai mangiato.... un risotto agli asparagi, con 3 gambe di asparago ( senza la punta) COMPLETATE crude.Il riso ,una poltiglia piena di pepe......PER CARITÀ...

Hanno il coraggio ,a Lucca ,di chiamare antipasto toscano due fette di salame ungherese affumicato un pezzettino di gorgonzola e una fetta di coppa,senza prosciutto ne pecorino,il filetto era una braciolina scaldata e tagliata in 4 fettine più tre patate,di numero,a spicchi congelate,posto carino,ragazzi al servizio che facevano il possibile, ma cibo "turistico"e di scarsa qualità, non ci ritornerei

Stopped in for desert and wine. The service was excellent and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about gluten free options for desert. Would return for a full meal!

The restaurant is a nice an cosy place that resembles buchons in Lyon. There was a TV turned on in the basement, as there were children around that were supposed to be entertained. Unfortunately they did not turn it off after the kids left.
I ordered the des arts menu for 28€. It is a rip off, as it consists of a glass of house wine, a tiny platter of cold cuts and cheese (2 slices of salami, 1 slice of fennel salami and one tiny piece of Gorgonzola?) and a small piece of bruschetta. The main dish is a sad piece of filet mignon, around 120g max., and three wedges of potatoe. The meat was medium rare and very tender but was not seard at all. It tasted mostly like rosemary. Overall the dishes were not particularly tasty and nowhere enough to fill an adult. Dessert was not included. Service was ok, but just the bare minimum. It is not worth it, maybe for an appetizer as they bring olives and snacks (very little of course)

Ci siamo fatti ingannare dal locale molto bellino...al piano superiore nulla da dire! Al piano inferiore una saletta e una toilette penosa!Può sembrare un bistrot francese, ma per quanto riguarda il cibo imbarazzante! Si spaccia come ristorante quando invece non ha neanche una cucina. Preparano pasti precotti dietro il bancone appena accedi all interno. I vini sono carissimi e c è pochissima scelta. Appena ci siamo accorti di questo, il tempo di mangiare un primo piatto (6 tortelli in croce), ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati. Non fatevi ingannare...non è un ristorante!peccato...il posto è molto bello ma è una "truffa"!
