Collections and Exhibitions
The museum spans three floors and offers a comprehensive insight into the life of the rural population:
Ground floor: Here is the kitchen, equipped with furniture and household items from the 19th and 20th centuries. A central element is the "làrin", a traditional stove with the "ciudruzu" hanging above it. Beside the kitchen, there is a room with agricultural tools for harvesting rye, barley, and oats, as well as a workshop with tools from blacksmiths and carpenters.
Entrance area: On the walls are photographs of young women from the village who emigrated abroad between the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Under the stairs, there is a tool for combing wool mattresses.
Living room: This room is lined with wood and houses a brick oven with a wooden board above it where one could rest. The wood loading opening is located in the hallway.
Upper floor: Here, religious folk prints are exhibited, which were once hung in bedrooms or other rooms of the house.
