Rude rude rude. The people was extremely rude. A young child was happy to see the planes and an old horrible man shouted shut up! This is a dissatisfaction towards this delightful airport! I am not happy with the lack of discipline in the workforce. Dogs aren’t allowed. My child was sick on the floor and they said I had to clean it up! How rude! The planes are old and had a bit of poo in them!!!! A child turned on a jet engine in the little museum and burnt my little Timmy’s head! Not happy! The food was also disguting! Do not recommend!!!!!!

Visited while on holiday with the family and we all really enjoyed it, especially my 13yo who is a budding air enthusiast. The price was nice (family of 5 was less that £30). Lots of aircraft to look at, sit in the cockpits, lots of interactive items and the prices in the gift shop aren't too bad either. We went across to the cafe (opposite and on-looking the airfield) for a quick drink and kids dinners which was convenient.

Not the biggest museum buy really packed with aviation history and planes including a few models. You can also get into some of the cockpits to get a real feel of flying. Lovely reasonably priced cafe serving good food.

Great little museum at the airfield. Planes and helicopters you can sit inside. Great display of search and rescue with wreckage parts. If your Children love aviation it's a great place to visit, you can also see planes take off and land when the weather is good.

Came today free parking on arrival, paid £19 for 2 adults and 1 child.(£7 adults £5 kids) museum is only small with small gift shop, toilets located at the cafe. It was OK was literally only here an hour think it's overpriced but something to do to get out the rain. Maybe best coming on a nice day to see helicopters and small planes landing/taking off.

You can get in some of the cockpits. The cafe is next to the air ambulance helicopter parking spot by the run way.

Took our energetic 2 and 4 year old on a rainy day, and they loved sitting in the cockpits with all the buttons. We had to keep a close eye on them to make sure they didn't go in any of the roped off areas or touch any of the sharp metal wreckage artefacts. They were both fascinated with ejector seats and were full of questions. There's plenty for older children and adults here too. The next day at the beach was spent making aeroplanes with lots of buttons!

This is a very interesting museum if your interested in RAF history with quite a few planes and other plane related stuff to see. Admission is reasonable @ £7 for adults and £5 for oap and kids and there is a nearby cafe for food and drinks and loads of parking space.
